“The first time checking this place out. ordered it to go. Customer service was great, staff was knowledgeable of the menu and gave a great recommendation. “Visiting from St Louis and so glad we came across Luke’s Lobster! We ordered Luke’s flight so we could try all three rolls. Each one was so delicious. We also got the lobster bisque and NE clam chowder. Very good!! Friendly service and neat atmosphere.“

“I want to personally thank the wonderful staff at this restaurant! I was quite ill and not only to take give me medicine with. They drove me to the store so that I could get medicine and clean up. The kindness was incredible and I actually cried because of that kindness.. I can’t wait to get back to DC to show them how much I appreciate everything they did! I will always remember what you did. “I never write reviews but I need to write one!! Breakfast was very tasty and had amazing flavor even if it was just a typical breakfast. Vanilla latte was so good, definitely a must if you like a sweet coffee with strong flavor. Will definitely return again when I come back to DC!!!“

“Zion was an amazing host. She made sure everybody's orders were correct and accurate. Came to check on us time to time. My family had a blast celebrating my little brother's 10th birthday. Zion allowed us to pick any dessert on the menu tablet for his birthday and it was taken off our bill. Left a big tip. Great food and service. My family will definitely be back. Great job guys.“
“I wish I had taken a picture because our portions were so generous and delicious. I got the fried catfish and my partner had the crab cake. It was so fresh. The workers know their menu well, and are quick to help when I mentioned I had a dairy sensitivity. They were all friendly and we can’t wait to visit again.“

“Lots of choices for lunch, drinks, and desserts. My Chicken Teriyaki ($16.95) was very tasty and a good value. Dessert was Hot Chocolate ($4.95) with a slice of Banana Nut Cake ($2.50). Prices are reasonable and service was quick. The only downside was that it was uncomfortably cold inside. Space heaters in the winter and fans in the summer might make dining there more pleasant. Conveniently located across the street from the Gallery Place Metro.“

“I have been told by other customers at Paneras that the police are asking many questions EVERYTIME I go to Paneras.
I give it a 5 for food and service
And 1 star for atmosphere due to the police

“Food: food was great, only deduction was the chicken appetizer was extremely small for the price paid. The pineapple frid rice was really good but pricy at almost $23. About 5 pieces of juicy shrimp were in the dish as well. Kruba cashew chicken was good.
Service: got there as soon as they opened for lunch so seated right away and food was quickly delivered.
Atmosphere: nice but a bit dated. Many of the tables are uneven and no longer sit together flush. Ambiance was nice, Thai decor all around and wooden vibe.
Final impression: very good for a quick lunch in downtown DC and head back to the office. Might be added to a regular rotation in DC lunch adventures.“

“Super kind and quick service. This is a smaller Panera, more aimed at a grab-and-go audience, so there’s not much seating but the pastries and all other pickup areas are a bit enhanced and more convenient than other Paneras. We went at a super quiet time, but I imagine it can be quite busy and a tight fit. The biggest trick is finding it. It’s down the hall from the food court on the lower level of this large building with many entrances.“
