“The Prime Rib sandwich and the Mediterranean Salad were excellent and the servings were generous. Great place for watching games as they have many TVs set at different games. Placement of TVs are set so you can see several games at one time. Cam was our waiter. He had an outgoing personality and great sense of humor. He provided excellent service. I highly recommend Tom’s Watch Bar.“

“We were in town for the Wizards v. Lakers game & this spot is PERFECT! Close to the stadium. Wings amazing, loaded cheese fries amazing. Drinks bomb. Mj was our bartender she was the sweetest & took good care of us. Moe the manager cut the UFC ppv on for us. This will be the spot for us when we come in town definitely!“

“I have been coming to Jackpot regularly for almost three years now. It is, by definition, a dive bar, and they do it incredibly well. Free unlimited popcorn, weekly rotating draft beer, bring your own food…What’s not to love?
Jackpot is a great spot to come to after work to take a load off and relax. If you come between 4-8pm they’re usually not too busy and you can find a spot at the bar. They also offer their happy hour during this time and it’s a very competitive happy hour compared to other bars in the area; $5 rail drinks and $2 off all beer (though they do have a few specialty craft beers that are not eligible for happy hour pricing).
The music they play depends on who is bartending, but regardless, they’re always playing some fire tunes. Every time I’ve come in here, I’ve always been greeted with a smile and served within a few minutes, without fail. The bartending staff are always so friendly and accommodating. They’re also always willing to hold some amazing conversation, so long as they aren’t busy, which is the case most of the time except late night on Fridays and Saturdays.
Overall, if you’re looking for a chill dive bar with some good beer and great staff, Jackpot will always get the job done.“

“Food was good, but the quantity was scarce. I didn’t get everything they offered though so that could be why. Didn’t notice much vegetarians or vegan options. Music was good, they tried to be inclusive. Bathroom was clean. The hostesses were attentive and prompt. There was a mixed crowd.“

“Had a great experience. The staff was helpful as my partner, Rufus, and I have never bet in person before and needed help. We got our bets placed with the staff's help and then walked right into the Nats game and our lizzles kept winning all night.
Will definitely go back before or after our next Nats game.“

“We love Astro Beer Hall! It’s a great spot for watching our local DC sports teams and far flung games like the NFL in Europe. There’s a wide variety of food on the menu - something for everyone! There’s an extensive draft beer selection and a speciality cocktail menu if you’re looking for something adventurous. The staff keeps us coming back.“

“This was an impromptu drop in and we were pleasantly surprised! They were super busy and we didn't have a reservation. The weather was amazing so we decided to eat outside. The waiter was courteous and prompt. The food was good! The Hibiscuss Citrus drink was the star of this story. We would like to come again!“

“Finally had a Sunday off so decided to check this place out. I can honestly say this was the best place I’ve been too in DC. Tristen was our bartender and she was great. She gave impeccable service and was very attentive. Any game we wanted to watch, they would put on for us.

“Not to order the new side item elote corn 🌽 it looks nothing’s like what’s advertised I felt like smokey on Friday it was definitely a catfish experience and when spoke to the manager who was extremely friendly he said it doesn’t look like the picture I know Fridays is not going to spend all this money for training and advertising to sell this terrible product I do have pictures“

“This place is an older crowd, 30+, which is nice. The music is fire with all the nostalgic feels. The food at night of so delicious. It's a lil pricey and takes a minute, but it's good and hot and comparable to other places. The drinks are reasonably priced.“
