“Our table was not ready though our server motioned us to sit down while an extra table was added. No apologies, just: sit down, like we were inconveniencing her! Her attitude was approaching on rude. Orders were taken without comment, just looks. Soups were spilled onto saucers,no apologies. Coffee was served twice without spoons, containers were brought while people were still eating, same with bill. Everything was rushed, without a smile or occasional: can I get you anything or is everything ok? And why as a fine restaurant are you serving salad dressing in cheap plastic containers???“

“An unexpected gem in an unexpected location. This place, hands down, has the best crab cakes in Baltimore! You'd be hard-pressed to find a better one.Inside of an Amish Dutch Market, their location is well done. The staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly. The seafood here is always fresh. Their hot serve foods are insanely delicious!! I have tried just about all of it over the last few years & have never been disappointed. Stuffed Salmon, steamed shrimp, crabcakes, steamed crabs, shrimp cakes, stuffed shrimp, potato salad, corn on the cob, MD Crab soup, cream of crab soup... the list goes on.If you are in the area, heck if you're anywhere remotely close to this area, you have to make this one of your must-stop stops. The only regret you'll have is if you don't stop. Soooo good!!!“

“We recently had our wedding rehearsal at the Hunt Valley Carrabbas and we had a very nice experience. They had a private room to fit our 24 person party which was wonderful. I was in contact with the kitchen manager throughout the planning process and she was absolutely awesome. I told them my headcount and picked my food and Carrabbas took over from there. The room was set up very nicely when we arrived. They even decorated with table clothes and little vases with flowers. Our menus were personalized and congratulated us. Super cool! The staff was very attentive and was there for our every need. We may have needed one more server, but overall our server was absolutely awesome! Her name was Amaya. Super kind and took care of all of our needs. I picked 3 choices for food, chicken, steak in marsala sauce or mezzaluna. All were absolutely delicious. A canolli was offered with our meal, but we ordered other desserts as well, all, absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend“

“Service was great! Rachel was personable and patient. I had the 6oz crab cake and mashed potatoes. Everything was good. Mashed potatoes were amazing. The highlight was the peach cobbler!!! Everything was well seasoned. Clean atmosphere as well.“

“On July 25th I ordered 1 doz. Large Steamed Crabs ($95) from Madonna Seafood. Madonna "used" to be the best place for crabs. They were always consistently seasoned well....that was not the case yesterday. This dozen was completely dried out...they were either VERY overcooked or my guess is they were re-cooked. Definitely not worth $95....please retrain your steaming team or you will lose business. i will be going elsewhere.“

“We went to the 18th annual oyster fest, 1Nov. We drove down from Delaware. The oysters were great,, 7 varieties, pretty much $2 a piece. We had pit beef and brisket from Woodpile BBQ and they were very good. We really enjoyed the setup and bands the atmosphere was terrific. From the restaurant, the hand cut fries were excellent but the char-grilled oysters were over the top fantastic. We want to give a shout out to our server Schafer, he seemingly had 20 tables and was working his butt off. He did a fantastic job with all of those tables. Drinks, the grapefruit crushes are a must. It was about a hour and a half drive but well worth it. Thanks also to 98 Rock as they advertised and were there for the event and without them we wouldn't have known about this terrific event.“

“Ordered off of their catering menu for my wife's birthday. I purchased the Margharita Seafood Special with shrimp, scallops and lump crabmeat in a rose' cream sauce and it was excellent! The homemade meatballs jad everybody raving and their sausage, onions and peppers in marinara sauce was also great. Thankfully we had some left overs that we are still enjoying. Lastly was their Greek salad, very fresh and loaded with feta cheese. I definitely recommend these folks for your next lunch or dinner or when you need an event catered. Call and ask for Saul and he and the staff there will take great care of you!!“

“Waterman's recently catered our 2nd annual crab feast held at the Overlea Fullerton Senior Center and what a great buffet we had in addition to the crabs. Everything is delivered hot and delicious! Looking forward to having them cater our event next year!“

“We get carryout dinner here at least 1 night a week. We love all of the Greek dishes, crabcakes, soups, salads and desserts. The turkey and hot beef platters are also very good. (Ask for gravy on the side.) I have never had anything I didn't not like.“

While most places are raising their prices and lowering the amount of food you get, we noticed a slight increase in prices ($1 for my eggplant parm, and a few dollars for crab cakes), we unquestionably actually got MORE food. My eggplant parm was 3 large meals, and the crab cakes were huge, and full of big pieces of crab meat. Definitely the best deal in town.“
