“We tried this place out for the first time on Saturday night 5/9/26. The vibes were on point, not too crowded which I loved and the DJ was great. This was our first time trying jollof stew rice with chicken and it was so good! Our bartender/server was also very nice. This spot is def a hidden gem and we cant wait to return to try more dishes!“

“First time here, seems a little small but that’s alright. Music was a little loud, had a small child with disabilities who immediately covered his ears. Staff caught it and music was turned down without asking. Big points! Here comes the chips & salsa. Hit the spot just right, nice little bite. Received our menus and what an extensive selection. We studied it for a while placed orders. Tried the queso w/ jalapeño, good but I like my other place. Anyway here comes our meals, great presentation, and nice portions. Of course I like larger portions and the wife likes smaller portions, so we have take home too! The food is terrific and believe I may have I found my new favorite! Definitely will be back. “This review is mainly about our server, Rachel. My parents and I had breakfast at Eggspectations on Saturday (10/3/26). Rachel was a breath of fresh air! She’s friendly, kind, sweet and professional. She’s a seasoned server who knows her “stuff”. Our meals were tasty and on point - no issues. We never had to ask for napkins, condiments or refills. Also, Rachel remembered to bring my Mother’s hot cup of coffee with her meal, as requested. Rachel was great and we appreciate her services. I will definitely ask to sit in her area the next time I have breakfast there.“

“Stopped by this restaurant and lounge, and it did not disappoint. The food was really good, the drinks were on point, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. It has a nice balance of good food and a fun lounge vibe.

The staff was friendly, service was quick, and everything came out fresh. Once the music picked up, the whole place had a great energy without feeling overcrowded.

Definitely a great spot for dinner, drinks, or just hanging out with friends. I'll definitely be back!“
