“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! Jessica suggested a few menu items, and made us delicious milk shakes!! We ordered two regular sandwiches and board walk fries! The sandwiches were loaded with meat, and very filling! The fries were piping hot, and the milkshake was hand-spun and made in front of us! We dined in, Pepperjacks is a clean looking & cozy establishment with great music! Overall great experience! Two sandwiches, fries & two milkshakes for $21! Check out this locations happy hour everyday between 2-5.. they offer $1.50 fries, and milkshakes (all varieties)!“

“Ordered a footlong roast beef sandwich. Relaxed atmosphere and pretty clean. The workers were definitely generous with the amount of roast beef and cheese that they put on the sandwich. Nice amount of toppings, too, and very fresh. Overall, it was a great experience, and the food, drinks, and chips were delicious. The price justifies the large serving of food you get. Hopefully, neighboring local businesses in the area will follow in the footsteps of this Subway and put their customers first before profits. Will definitely keep coming back.“

“I’ve been to many Subways over the years as it’s my favorite sandwich place. This location was the cleanest Subway I have been into with the most friendly 2 employees working. All the meats, cheeses, veggies were nice and perfectly cleaned (this could have been because it was still early, 11:45, or because they take pride in their ingredients and image. Either way, the neatness was so refreshing! The 2 employees (man and woman) were so nice to my kids and even gave my kids a piece of candy each just because. As frequently as we come to Subways all over, I wish we lived closer to this one so we could be a frequent customer to them. Thanks for the great customer service!!!“

“This picture really doesn't do this sub any justice. It was one of the best I've had in a really long time. I had a large classic cheesesteak. You get 2 subs just like the one picture when you order a large. It was great. I also ordered the chicken chipotle crunch. That was good as well. I can't wait to go back!“

“Been coming to this location for a couple months now, and have felt compelled to write a review after what I witnessed during a lunch rush today.

The staff here has been consistently kind and polite, despite the heavy lunch rushes and floods of online orders, the store as well, stays clean and well kept.

Today I walked in during a rush, was greeted with the same politeness as always, and was given my sandwich in a timely manner, with it looking and tasting as good as it usually does. Might I add I watched the employees very tactfully deal with some customers who were being quite rude, whilst still dealing with the large amount of orders.

This location has yet to disappoint me, and the employees here deserve kudos for their patience and service. (Pictured below is the banger sandwich I ordered)“

“I was in the mall and hungry for a cheesesteak sub and there was Charley’s. Ordered a small size and a Coke Zero!! Yeah they have Coke Zero the best diet soda around. Ok the cheesesteak was Fantastic. The bread tastes homemade, there was a ton of provolone melted to perfection, the steak was tender and I was in heaven. I devoured it and am craving another!! So so good 😋“

“I hadn’t had subway for 10 years or so when a friend asked me to bring them lunch. It was early like 11am but the spot was clean and all the food looked super fresh. The sub was the best darn sub I’ve had like ever… reminded me of the old Quiznos. The bread was so fresh and gooey and the new honey mustard was fire! The server was friendly too. It was $25 for 2 footlongs but it could’ve been $80 cuz it was that good.“

“Felt the need to leave a review because this place had a pretty low rating, but we decided to try it out anyway after seeing most people’s complaints were with the customer service and not the food itself. Had a perfectly average and positive experience here like I’d expect at any average subway(at least what you’d hope to expect). The service was good and I was pleased to find the steak wasn’t nasty as I’ve found some places occasionally serving nasty batches of steak meat that tasted off or was fatty/had too much connective tissue.
