“We go to Surah almost every week. They have great sushi and sashimi; the rice is perfect for both the nigiri and rolls, and the fish is sliced in good portions. They aren't skimpy like many other sushi places we've tried. Their bento boxes are delicious and everything we've had at the hibachi table is tasty and the cooking is entertaining. JJ, Chef Young, and everyone on staff treat you like family. That along with the food keeps us coming back to Surah! (Oh, and now they often offer wagyu beef! If you want a special treat, it practically melts in your mouth!)“

“Really good sushi! Hostess did a great job seating customers. 2nd time here and the service is less than par! Sat for 30 minutes before being waited on and 45 minutes for my sushi. Food is 5 stars!!! Service is 1 star!!! I'll be back and hopeful the servers get it together.“

“I have been coming here since I was a kid, but regularly since 2011. You will not find a better sushi lunch buffet in the immediate area. This place has locked it down.
I have watched them grow and evolve over the years and they still remain the best sushi lunch buffet. The regular menu can be pricey but you will notice a difference in quality from their lunch offerings.
It's more of a mom and pop/hole in the wall vibe so it's not one of those places that puts emphasis on the interior, but what they lack in interior, they gain in quality. I love their food the most and they bring in a lot of variety.
Service is always so friendly and nice. The staff tend to stay for a while so I am glad to become a regular and they all recognize me.
Bring cash to save some money, but they do accept credit cards.“

“Our go-to place -- lots of good food. We get takeout chicken hibachi with 1 extra chicken, and switch between fried rice and lo mein. Beef and shrimp are also good. For 2 people with the extra, we can pay $35! Reasonable price. Without the adjustments, it's <$30 for 2 people and still plenty of food. Consistent quality. Also they're fast, and responsive on the phone to orders, it's always ready when I arrive.“

“UPDATED: 7/21/25 We’ve been coming here for years. So far Tiff is our favorite server. She was very sweet, prompt, kept our glasses full. My family loved her. She was on point!

“The food was awesome and the waitress was very friendly and helpful would recommend if you are interested in getting great food and friendly service. I don’t understand some of the reviews saying about being pressured for a higher tip and rudeness of staff did not experience anything like that. But still would recommend to anyone that wants great food and friendly service at a decent price. Have a blessed day“

“I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Asian Bistro! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The ambiance is cozy yet modern, with tasteful decor that creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. It’s a perfect spot whether you’re out for a casual dinner or celebrating something special.
The service was impeccable—our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and made thoughtful recommendations without being overbearing. Every dish we ordered was a hit. We started with the crispy spring rolls and the spicy tuna tartare—both fresh and beautifully presented. For entrees, the General Tso’s Chicken was perfectly crisp with a rich, tangy sauce, and the Pad Thai had just the right balance of sweet, savory, and spice.
Overall, Asian Bistro exceeded our expectations in every way. Delicious food, excellent sushi, attentive service, and a charming setting—what more could you ask for? This place has definitely earned a spot on our regular rotation. Highly recommend!“
