“I have been going to Tom and Rays since the old location. What makes them stand out is the cost conscience menu, fresh tasting food, and a staff mostly local high school kids that are professional with can do attitude. Right now I’m raving about something as simple as stewed tomatoes as a complementary side dish. Their breakfast foods including creamed chipped beef fresh. Their lunch and dinner foods bring you back, especially the open faced beef sandwich with mash potatoes and gravy, to a simpler time. Check out their menu and ask them about their pies.“

“If you're looking for fresh, homemade fried chicken, this is the place. Place your order and they cook it, so it takes about 10 minutes. And it is worth it.

My son never had their chicken and insisted on going to a chain. Nada. I overruled him. He was not impressed by the small lobby and counter. But we didn't come here for ascetics. We came here for chicken.

Got the 8 piece meal, complete with cole slaw and fries. The slaw tastes extremely similar to how my mom made it...wow! The rolls are fresh. The fries are ok, and I would upgrade next time to home fries. Not a big deal, though.

The chicken was so different from the chain restaurants and in a good way. Sort of like grandma made. So good that my son ate 3 pieces and asked a few days later to go back for more.

“They have great burgers, fries, nachos, chicken wings, pizza, potato skins, fried shrimp and all types of bar food. Great neighborhood joint. Large bar with plenty of TVs showing whatever sports games happen to be playing. The prices are reasonable. The only thing they should work on is a little bit bigger portion size. For example if you order potato skins they don’t bring 4. You get 3. The nachos should be a little bit bigger. The burgers are delicious! The habaneros beet sauce is delicious“

I read the reviews that did not give them 5 stars and feel those reviews may not be fair to them. Yes, if you compare this place with most cheap Chinese all you can ear places, $33 does seem expensive. However, fresh and high-quality food cost me. I am willing to pay extra for good, fresh food. As another example, I was shocked to see a review giving them only 3 stars commenting she got sick (even though she said she loved the food there). I was wondering if she did not cook her food well in the hot pot, or she couldn't handle the spices.“

“Great atmoshere, high-end stylish dining room, comfortable seating. The salmon dish was delicious and a large portion. The spinach rice side dish was so delicious! The Ravini Politiko, coconut cake was the best I ever ate! The Thalissina, seafood pasta had plenty of seafood in it and delicious. Even the cappaccino was delicious, very smooth, no bitterness and taste great with dessert! The server, Baris, was attentive, friendly and did a great job taking care of us. Great place to eat, homemade dishes and desserts! Highly recommend it. I will be back!“

“One of best the Pho places we have been to.
Very welcoming and greeted as soon we came into the place.

We had V3 - grilled pork vermicelli and it was perfectly cooked and so much flavor.
We also had chicken and steak pho soup and they were so great.
Very highly recommend place for a great testing of Pho in MoCo area.“

“Great Fish and Chips, Great Subs, Affordable prices, but most important Fresh Food. You can tell the Kitchen and Oils are clean by the presentation of the food. The fries and fish are bright gold exterior (sign of clean cooking oil) and the taste is pure. absolutely great food.“

Each with more bone than meat and highly disappointing!! we added the $8 brisket which was also very small. $40 should go much further and this is a rip off!! This place must give the full-sized ribs to the dine-in guests because you get screwed when taking out! if I checked my food before paying I wouldn't have paid. u would have gone to Buffalo wild wings next door!! very disappointed“

“Once you try one of the Sunshine Store's sandwiches, you will wonder why it took so long to try one! 😊 My husband and father in law introduced me to this hidden pleasure the first time I visited the area. We started with breakfast (tasting the local culinary treasure of scrapple), then I was introduced to their burgers on the same trip, and I was surprised that everything is cooked to order. I have not found any burger yet that is close to comparison!! My husband's family has made this a regular stop for sandwiches over several decades and generations. My father in law (nearby farmer/owner of Greenstone Custom Farming) has eaten there for several decades along with feeding his crew from this hidden gem, this has been a favorite of my husband's since he was old enough to eat there, and now it is a favorite place for our children to eat with grandpa. The store is small and with limited seating, it would be best to order the food to go or if you are eating alone you can sit at the counter and watch your food be prepared. A must try in the area and definitely worth the drive through the beautiful countryside!“

“This has been my go to reasonably price steak place. I have had everything from 200 dollar steaks all the way to 10 dollar steak and eggs. This longhorn was consistently good, and on the rare occasion it wasn't right they fixed it. The quality of the cooking has become a bit of an issue, it's a coin toss lately, they are still willing to fix it, I just wish they didn't have to fix it. I'm still going because it is an awesome deal, even with the price hikes, and the staff is great. This is not meant to be a bad review, like I said I still go there, just an observation and one that is fixable.“
