“It's a food truck and typically you'd go and grab your food and leave. However, there were chairs out there. I would use some of those generated revenues for more tables.

The food is good, but could be better. The service wasn't the fastest but they were short staff. All in all i enjoyed my experience. If they're ever in the northern virginia area. I could see myself stopping by again!“

“My favorite place to get coffee in DC and a great neighborhood gem! They use counter culture coffee. I especially love their seasonal drink menu, and always crave their black and yellow coffee drink (lemonade and espresso). I’m not normally a sweet coffee person, but this place is an exception because of how well crafted their drinks are (think similar to a nice cocktail bar). I love that when you dine in, they include special toppings with their seasonal drinks. The place is cozy, well decorated, and the perfect place to catch up with a friend. Food and cocktails are great too - especially for a quick meal / breakfast / snack. My favorites are the sausage egg & cheese breakfast sandwich and ajiaco soup.“

The second time I went I wasn't feeling well (unrelated to Mita obviously) and about halfway thru I couldn't keep going with the tasting menu and they were EXTREMELY accommodating and professional. “Very cute and clean out of the way Salvadoran restaurant. Worth a stop if you’re in the area! Had a great weekend lunch, tried the papusas (get the revueltas!) and tacos, as well as a couple different margaritas. Very reasonably priced and really delicious.

“We had a wonderful experience at La Fogata Grill. I had a poblano chili stuffed with beef, raisins, almonds, pomegranate seeds and served with walnut cream sauce. Really unique and delicious. My husband had the mole enchiladas. He loved it. Service was excellent! We will definitely eat here again.“

“The perfect hole in the wall. Classic, quality Mexican food. Sizes good portions, reasonable prices, you can feed two people to beyond full with a drink for $30, it’s all freshly made in house to order and turn around pick up is never longer that 15/20mins. “In my opinion, Benito’s Place has some of the best papusas in the city, but the rest of the menu shouldn’t be ignored either! Fried plantains and bistec were also great choices. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that several customers were watching videos on their phones in the restaurant without headphones, which was loud and disturbing. I would expect staff to politely handle that kind of situation.“

“Just went in to check out the food, and ended up ordering the chef's bowl (lettuce, rice, chaufa, pico, potato, guacamole and brisket. It was tasty. The brisket was tender and had some flavor. The potato could use a hint of salt, but overall, it was good. We also tried the shrimp empanadas, they were nicely fried, creamy on the inside, overall pretty good. The yuca fries were nicely fried, but had no seasoning.
They're very light with the seasoning, but I'd come back to try more of the menu.“

“Great spot to play pool! They have two beautiful 7ft diamond tables and great food. The owner is super nice and also a good pool player I’ve heard.

They have a pretty large menu and everything I saw come out of the kitchen looks great. We will be back to play pool with my APA league team and also to try our luck at their tournament events for sure“
