“Sonya is the reason for the five stars. she's the only server in the area (i've bisited five at this point, don't judge me 🤣🤷🏽 ) that has completed my order as i ordered it, with no attitude or rebuttal.
she didn't say it was 'impossible', she jsut smiled and got it done with minimal effort.
please look to her when training the region, because she herself was surprised when i mentioned other servers just couldn't complete my order.

“Our first time in the area and it was a beautiful experience. Unfortunately I don't know how spell the wonderful young ladies name who was making our sandwiches but again absolutely wonderful and she did her magic with each sandwich. Was so torn when we finished them. Wish we didn't live 6 hours away.“

“Chick and Ruth's is a memorable experience from another time. It's an old timey diner, with loads of personality. (read: not the white table cloth crowd). In another era, there may have been businessmen in pork pie hats dragging on a butt while reading the newspaper at the counter and sipping on their coffee. The decor screams it! We literally stumbled into the place while looking for. a good meal while touring Annapolis. What a find! Collosal crab cakes and mountainous milkshakes rule the day. “This picture really doesn't do this sub any justice. It was one of the best I've had in a really long time. I had a large classic cheesesteak. You get 2 subs just like the one picture when you order a large. It was great. I also ordered the chicken chipotle crunch. That was good as well. I can't wait to go back!“

“The only place the whole family agrees on. We always sit in and eat. The Staff has been extremely polite everytime for three years so far. The food is always made as requested and tastes good. The dining area, bathrooms are all very well maintained it appears.“

“I’ve been to many Subways over the years as it’s my favorite sandwich place. This location was the cleanest Subway I have been into with the most friendly 2 employees working. All the meats, cheeses, veggies were nice and perfectly cleaned (this could have been because it was still early, 11:45, or because they take pride in their ingredients and image. Either way, the neatness was so refreshing! The 2 employees (man and woman) were so nice to my kids and even gave my kids a piece of candy each just because. As frequently as we come to Subways all over, I wish we lived closer to this one so we could be a frequent customer to them. Thanks for the great customer service!!!“

“Place was phenomenal like I mean phenomenal the sandwich was perfect every bite was like entering heavens door, I believe the employees name was Brayden? He was very respectful and good at his job I would recommend his movement up in the workplace, but overall I will be coming back here again“

“Been coming to this location for a couple months now, and have felt compelled to write a review after what I witnessed during a lunch rush today.

The staff here has been consistently kind and polite, despite the heavy lunch rushes and floods of online orders, the store as well, stays clean and well kept.

Today I walked in during a rush, was greeted with the same politeness as always, and was given my sandwich in a timely manner, with it looking and tasting as good as it usually does. Might I add I watched the employees very tactfully deal with some customers who were being quite rude, whilst still dealing with the large amount of orders.

This location has yet to disappoint me, and the employees here deserve kudos for their patience and service. (Pictured below is the banger sandwich I ordered)“

“A lot of reviews talk about how the staff was rude to them, but I've personally never had a problem. The staff always moves fast and makes the sandwiches well in my experience. It's only busy around noon, and even when it's busy I never have to wait more than five minutes for my food. My only complaint is that I always have issues with my credit card here. I never have issues anywhere else. The machine just refuses to accept my card, swiping and sliding. Other than that, it's a nice Subway.“
