I just want to give a huge shoutout to Christian at Dunkin’ Donuts! I come to this location at least twice a day, every day, and he always goes above and beyond. He’s so kind, positive, and truly makes a difference with his great attitude and customer service.

For a long time, I actually stopped coming here because some of the old employees were rude and made the experience unpleasant. I used to drive an extra 5–10 minutes out of my way multiple times a day just to avoid it. But since the new staff came in — especially Christian — it’s been a complete turnaround.

Thank you for hiring people who care and take pride in their work. Christian is definitely one of the best, and he’s a big reason I’m a loyal customer again! 💜☕️“

“I have been here before around a year ago and I just want to say that it is very unique and for it having these low reviews I just think I should join in and say that all my order was correct, it tasted amazing, and it was very fresh. Plus the workers were very nice too.“

“Took my kids there for the first time this week; we each tried a different drink. One Brown sugar milk tea, one strawberry milk tea with coconut jelly, and the triple layer Vietnamese coffee. Holy cow! That coffee didn’t need anything added. Had the right sweetness, creaminess and the coffee was excellent. If you need a pick me up, that will not disappoint! The strawberry milk tea was much better than Chai Times with a richer taste. Price was better too! We can’t wait to come back and try some other drinks.“

We ordered muffins, cupcakes, & Rice Krispies treats and she was so kind to even go search in the back for more chocolate muffins. We didn’t even ask, she just offered on her own to search for more. So kind!! We loved the homemade cards, dog treats, and dog accessories they sold. I love that they support Zekes local coffee too. “Order food and it was available quickly hot and the donuts were fresh and tasted great. There was a long line of cars in front of me in the drive-thru and I still managed to get through the drive-thru in just a few moments we barely set long enough to be handed something and you were moving again. I commend this store for their efficiency with their drive-thru.“

“Surprisingly nice Starbucks for being in a Target. I was in town and wanted to get some work done before an appointment and there were plenty of tables to set up my laptop on. The staff was also very friendly and considerate — I’d never had a barista ask me if my iced coffee was the right color — I really appreciated that kind gesture as sometimes my coffee is overcreamed which is unpleasant. “The Boba at Chatime, Bel Air is always delicious! When me and my family go, we always end up getting two drinks per person. They have the best drinks here for any occasion! Would highly recommend for everybody! For starters, the food. Aside from Boba Tea, they have lot’s of food! Ranging from a variety of options. Their food is delicious, and you can tell they take their time making it. I love Chatime’s Boba Tea, and variety of food options on their menu! Secondly, the service. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help you! They will wait as long as it takes you to decide your order, and get it ready within less than three minutes! Third, the atmosphere. Many people come here to get boba throughout the day. They are always so kind! I have gotten the door held open for me, and a compliment on my outfit!“

“Stopped by on a Sunday evening to grab breakfast for dinner. Place was quiet inside, but the drive thru was busy. My order took a couple minutes longer to get ready than the app suggested, but it wasn't much, and the order was correct and everything tasted good.“

“Conveniently placed in the front of Safeway, this Starbucks may not be large and traditional, but you get great drinks and friendly service. Since Covid, the small table area has been pretty much shutdown but that does not bother me since I generally pick-up a drink when I am finish shopping and heading home.“

“Biggest pet peeve - I ALWAYS have to ask for napkins when I order a food item. I shouldn't have to do that. Also, the young lady working the drive thru window on 9/26/25 in the moring - no need to make faces when a customer asks for the taller/bigger straw.“

“Great place, even better people!! Just went there about half hour ago, 9-20-25. Got two iced coffees and a hot tea. One of the coffees fell outta the cup holder and spilled everywhere. Went back to get a replacement, they gave me another for free!! Did NOT expect that and it was GREATLY appreciated!!“
