“I give 5 stars, only because the guy Samuel prepares the Subways very good, professionally, and fast. What you ask he does greatly.Unfortunately the older small guy in that location is not good and rude. Once he didn’t want to get Italian bread with herbs, he said they didn’t have it but when I decided to leave he found one and he always puts just few vegetables if you ask to put more onions he refuses and tells you that they only have those not more. This location is very close to me when I come and see that guy is working I usually don’t order and go to another location located 3 miles from there.“

“I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak from the website. I walked over from making a delivery to Giant Foods. I couldn't find it at first because it is a smaller set of connected buildings within a larger set of connected buildings in the shopping center. The place was clean. The cashier was also making the food. My Food was ready at the specified time. The food was hot and delicious. There is plenty of parking because of being in a shopping center.“

“So I’ve only gotten food here a couple times as but so far so good. First time having jersey mikes was here and I’m in love with big kahuna cheesesteak sub. My food is always quick but warm and they have my favorite chips. The staff is always nice which I love as well. I’ve definitely added this place into my lunch rotation.“

“This subway is nice and fairly clean. They make decent sandwiches but the way they make it is dependent on the staff. I go there frequently and there is different staff every time. Some are new while some have experience. One thing I don't like about them is that they can be sometimes really ignorant to instructions for sandwich but that depends on person making sandwich. overall, it is decent but sandwiches could be made better.“

“Had lunch, ate one of their subs from their new menu series. It was very good.

Parking: It's a small parking lot, with 2 spots in front of the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair assessable as there is no ramp but if you know how to get the wheelchair on the sidewalk, you can enter into the building & dine in.“

“It’s my first time back at Jimmy John’s in a while. Things have changed but things also brought back memories. The whole store smelled of freshly baked bread. I walked into multiple hellos welcome in. Cashier was extremely friendly and definitely helped me choose what I wanted to eat. Manager was very helpful in explaining the different catering options for a get together I have coming up. The food was very delicious and the bread was very soft. Definitely took me back to why I started eating at Jimmy John’s. And the cherry on top was hearing free smells by the cashiers as the bread came out. I can never get enough of the free smells. I will definitely be back. Ellicott City location is one the best I’ve been too. The young lady on register definitely knows how to talk to customers and make them feel appreciated and happy to come back. Saying hello welcome and have a great day goes a long way. And she was very patient while I took my time deciding what I wanted. And the manager is definitely where she should be in charge because she explained everything clearly and nicely. Will definitely be telling people that Jimmy John’s is definitely better and the place to eat.“
