“Cakes Plus provided a wonderful cake for my son's wedding several years ago, so my son recommended the bakery when I wanted to purchase a cake for my grandson's 30th birthday. I knew the words I wanted written on the cake, but didn't have a design in mind. Many, many thanks to Hannah for her patience and for helping me nail the perfect design!! Everyone loved the vanilla sheet cake. (See picture.) It was beautiful and delicious. Then, when I went to pickup the vanilla sheet cake, on a whim, I decided to also purchase a smaller, off the shelf, lemon cake with a balloon design. People who tried both cakes at the birthday events said both were amazing, but they loved the taste of the lemon cake more than the vanilla. I wish we weren't limited to rating this bakery 5 stars! Lol!!“

“Fantastic experience! Came here for lunch and ordered the London Broil sandwich and the Italian Picante, as well as a whole baguette, the tomato saffron soup, and a brownie.

The London broil was very juicy and tasty! The Italian was also very flavorful with slight spice. Pricing was very good for the quality of the food, the Italian was around $10 and the London broil around $12.

The baguette was so fresh and delicious!

Old fashioned Baked items of all kinds, at a great Market, Twenty minutes from B’More and DC, just a couple miles from 295 or 95 making it the easiest Md Farmers Market to get in and out of. On 198 across from the Laurel Horse Races. Talk to authentic Amish owners, Ben or Ike while you’re there. Cakes ,Pies, Quiches, Cupcakes ,Loaves, Cookies, Muffins, Whoopies, Fry Pies, Fresh Doughnuts, Custom cake decorating upon request and much much more. Plenty of parking and refreshments.“

We called ahead a.few minutes before all 15 of us showed up and the staff didn't skip a beat. They graciously and quickly got us seated by combining tables together. Our waiter Noah was kind, patient and efficient throughout our visit. He even took a group photo for us. Everyone found delicious options off the menu and the out of towners couldn't say enough about how much they enjoyed this local spot. All of our food came out in a timely matter and was just excellent!
