“Wow, my son right! He recommended I try this place out a few days ago. If you like REAL chicken and of different spice levels, THIS IS THE PLACE. I tried both Second highest spicy: EXTRA HOT…and the REAPER HOT level - the hottest. They weren’t playing around. I eat some of the hottest cuisine in the world.

Trust me - Hands down, the best spicy chicken I have ever had. Sorry Popeye’s. You gotta sit in the back seat from now on. (But I do love Popeye’s beans and rice)

If you’re not into spicy, no worries. They have NON- spicy too. Still juicy thick chicken breast with not a lot of breading like other places. Go try it! But fear the reaper.“

“My god. The cheesesteak is massive! I got the special that comes with a cheesesteak, fries and a drink. I was thinking maybe they make it smaller bc it’s such a good deal? Nope! It’s huge! I got it with everything on it (lettuce, tomato, onion, hot peppers and mayo) and American cheese (you can pick your cheese). It was made right then. Super hot and fresh. Soooo good. It’s got the perfect amount of juicy, greasy, melty perfection that I want in a cheesesteak. I want it to make a mess. And it did. Then it comes with a huge amount of fries. I heard a guy come in and order the fries well done, I may do that next time bc I do like them a little more crispy. But seriously, zero complaints. Killer food. Sweetest ladies working there. “Absolutely delicious! The spicy chicken and fish were cooked perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. The seasoning was on point with just the right amount of heat, and everything tasted fresh and made to order. Portions were generous and the quality was top-tier. “My husband and myself stopped in last night, 6/6/2024 after stopping at the dispensary because the smell coming from crimson coward smelt absolutely amazing and delicious. We both got the crimson sandwich and I got the mac and cheese as well and omg it was all absolutely mouthwatering and delicious! We got our daughter a kids meal to bring home to her since she was at her friends and she even loved it, even the crimson sauce which we didn't think she'd like. We will definitely be back! “We always use curbside pickup via the app, sometimes Crofton, Gambrills, Severna Park and sometimes Severn. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. “Came here with my daughter and going to go here again. We got both fries and peri fries that came out perfectly crispy and spiced. Peri fries had just a bit of a kick with the seasoning. Shared a Honey Garlic Chicken sandwich and it was perfect. Shared the tenders, which were crisp and jucy. “This has been my go-to Chick-fil-A ever since I moved to the area about five years ago. Not only is it the closest location, but in my long life (and my way too many Chick-fil-A visits 😅), this one is hands down the best.

The food quality and preparation are always top-tier, but it is really the staff that sets this place apart. They are always smiling. Always kind. And yes, I know that is typical for Chick-fil-A, but something about this location just feels different. It is better. It feels more intentional. They know and recognize the community here which is something you don’t typically get in franchise spaces. It’s just truly special.

In a time when the world just feels and looks so bad - it’s nice to have a spot that is simply - good. Thank you to the staff here for all you do and please know how much my puppy loves y’all too!

“Huge shout out to the girls working morning of 12/9/25. I had placed a catering order and called to add on a coffee, just to discover I accidentally placed the order for the wrong day. The girl was very quick to solution and had my catering order ready for me in less than 30 minutes- while in a busy morning rush. I seriously appreciated this accommodation so much.

Chick fila is known for having great customer service, but this was the best I have ever experienced throughout my travels in the US (I cater for events often).

Just saying, I’d rather have none or 5, three feels pitiful. Like I want to donate an extra 5 cents so they can afford to offer that extra pack without going out of business. “I love this place. I transfer buses at the corner and every morning I go in and get a scrapple egg and cheese sandwich. Along with a large half & half. They make the best half & half out of anywhere I have been in Baltimore. And I love the owners. They are so friendly. She knows what I want before I even speak. She always double checks to be certain every once in awhile I add something. Get fast friendly service. Right on my way and get my breakfast and my drink for about $5 cannot beat thatFeatures: Masks are required to enter this establishment. There is also a barrier between you and the employees. It's a small area though so if you are waiting on food it can get a little crowded but the wait is never more than a few minutes and you can always call ahead so it's ready when you arrive“

“The first time getting chicken from the Shell.The mashed and gravy was outstanding, the Red beans and rice was very good, the mac-n-cheese was great, the potato wedges were huge and very tasty, and the Chicken was Very Delicious and way better than KFC, Wing Stop and Buffalo Wings. We got the 12 piece chicken and the. ALL the chicken was Very good. And the Wings were huge.This will be our place to be getting our chicken from now on. Better than Popeyes by far.

Parking: Since the Shell station was re-built there is plenty of parking. This was the first time we've eaten from this place. And it was Well worth it no doubt. Awesome job“
