“This place has such a warm and friendly atmosphere! The menu has a range of pizzas, wings, fries, calzones, garlic knots, and deserts. The customer service is great, always friendly and happy to help. The food is made fresh and ready to eat in no time! The owner and his family are warm and welcoming, always happy to get to know their customers. It is located across the road from the Gettysburg train ride, so you can't miss it, and great parking.“

“We had our first visit on 1/11/25, it definitely will NOT, be our last! My husband never had crepes, he is now a huge fan! Everything was amazing, I got the Spiced Chai Tea with the Strawberries and Cream Crepe. It was so big I couldn't finish. My husband got a coffee and Little Piggy Crepe, he's in love and already planning a day trip just to go to The Cottage Creperie! You gals Rock !“

“Lifelong local, ate here a lot, roots run deep here, longtime true Appalachian resident. It's funny that they employ racists who speak openly about wanting to harm persons of color.. But the Appalachian name should be associated with a loving culture that supports all creeds and races. Skinhead food I guess..“

“A great little place to get out of the heat and have a great bite to eat. It’s so hot out today and the cold Club Sandwich was perfect! Sierra our server was prompt and kept checking back on the 3 of us, our granddaughter said her sandwich was delicious and my husband had the cheesesteak and pasta salad. The restaurant is really clean and sporty with baseball memories. Absolutely recommend it!“

“The BEST pizza in Gettysburg and the best cheese steaks in the area. I ordered a cheese steak for the first time tonight (I usually get only pizza) and it was hot and fresh...so good! We'll definitely be back for more! Nice selection of drinks and craft beer, great selection of food---there's something for everyone. Don't change a thing!“

“The person I support through Penn-Mar Human Services loves coffee, so he created a tour of small business coffee shops. He said “Everything here is perfect! Their iced mocha & cannoli gets 5-stars!” He also wanted to note the friendly staff took a photo with him, they have fun decor, lots of delicious pastries, a large selection of iced, hot, & frozen beverages + food! The vibe is totally peaceful & friendly. Lots of items for sale from local authors, local artists, and other vendors. There is plenty of seating on two levels, an upstairs play area, and beautiful outdoor seating & tables. We’ll be back! Shout-out to Olivia, Piper, & Michelle for welcoming us for our first visit!“

“We came in on July 4th, we came in and Phoebe was an absolutely amazing person. Phoebe had an amazing personality making people, including us, feel at home, smiled the whole time. The food was great and all the employees treated us with respect. Phoebe was the best who cared about our safety during the severe storm that rolled through. Because of Phoebe we will be coming back to this location. You need more employees like Phoebe.“

“Carriage House Inn was great to work with for our wedding! At the tasting Christy was super attentive and friendly. At our actual wedding all the servers were great! Any time I would come back to my table my water glass would be magically filled again, it was so nice! About 30 minutes before the ceremony started my sister noticed one of the arches (the main focal point behind the bride and groom table) was still in pieces and started trying to build it as quickly as possible. She said the server(s) asked if she needed help assembling it (so sweet!) My sister said they had it built in no time and even hung the string lights and cloth on the arch. I really really appreciate that! The food was also amazing. Especially the parmesan chicken. I highly reccomend them!“
