“Riks is a total star. When you're standing in front of the restaurant you're in a parking lot of a an old shopping center. Once inside you're in a contemporary bar and restaurant. I believe that much of the work in creating the space was performed by the then staff, many of whom worked together with owners at a prior restaurant. The food is wonderful, creative, fresh and satisfying. My favorites include a smoked salmon salmon carpoccio (sorry about the spelling). A great selection of salads with the ability to. add to them crab cake chicken etc. The sandwiches range from a Reuben to a grilled mahi mahi .My favorite when I want a substantial dinner is their short ribs and mashed potatoes. Writing this review has just made me hungry. Guess where I'm going for an early dinner. Prices are VERY reasonable“

“We enjoyed our lunch. The sweet potato fries were delicious. My burger was dry and overcooked, but had a good flavor. The chef's accommodating my gluten sensitivity was greatly appreciated. My grandson got the pizza and loved it! He was charmed by the cup that the hot chocolate was served in. He was also delighted by the surprise at the bottom of the mug, lol! Will definitely return.“

“Kolby was wonderful! He went out of his way to accommodate my husband with a corned beef sandwich customized to his liking. The crush drink specials were of good balance, not weak and not too strong. We got to enjoy watching the game & enjoy a few tunes. This was a good pit stop for us!“

“Had me a burger over at Jenny’s Restaurant, and I’ll tell ya, it was mighty fine eatin. Patty was juicy, bun was soft, and they didn’t skimp on the fixin’s. Fries come out hot and crispy just like they oughta be. Service was friendly too, folks checked in to make sure I had what I needed. If you’re hungry for a good ol’ burger, Jenny’s is the place to stop.“

“I love this place, the food is all good, everything on the menu is so good, the omelets are one of the best omelets ove ever had before.
The service wasnt amazing the last time, but thats far from me taking it down a star.
If you have a chance stop by hear, the food is worth it, amazing price point too and you get so much.“
“Me and a group went there for karaoke. Beautiful place, prices seemed a little high but the food was phenomenal so we didnt mind. I had a prime rib sandwich with fries and 3 domestic beers was about $32. Waitress was very friendly and gorgeous. There are booths , tables and a bar also a nice couch lounge area in the back the seats were all padded and comfortable we were there for many hours singing so that was an important key takeaway for us. With it being downtown there is limited free parking we had to park in the parking garage around back I think that was about $8 for about 4hrs. Overall this place should succeed in the future I'm not a snob when drinking but the drink menu looked like it could accommodate anyone's tastes or preferences. Excellent place for dinner, date or on a night they have entertainment.“

“This review is many, many years overdue but Cafe Del Sol has been my #1 spot for so long. Its my go-to recommendation for a guaranteed good meal and good service. I dont remember when I started coming but I ate here for my 18th birthday back in 2007 and have been steadily returning ever since. The chicken caesar wrap has a chokehold on me, so much so that I have a hard time ever ordering anything else. I've had the pizza, chicken parm, nachos, and pesto panini which are all great and I highly recommend but the chicken caesar wrap is unmatched. I'm being dramatic but if it was ever taken off the menu or changed it would probably ruin my life. It's at the top of my list of favorite foods and I've gone to great lengths to make sure I can enjoy it, even when I lived thousands of miles away. I spent 5 years living in California and dare I admit that numerous times in those 5 years I made family members go through security and fly cross-country with a chicken caesar wrap in tow to get my fix. These days I don't have a Cafe Del Sol local to me (up around Carlisle) but I order take out as often as I can when I pass through. I cant recommend this place enough. As a self proclaimed chicken caesar connoisseur your going to have to trust me that their caesar wrap is unmatched. Its a must if you're in Hagerstown, Chambersburg, the surrounding areas, or passing through!“

“I got a to-go order & the Server/Bartender was on point. It was kind of hard to pull up a menu, so she helped me pick out the top flavors quick & easy for a wing order (my fav). Then upon arrival, I accidently had my card turned off and instead of her coming back telling me how it was denied - she knew what was up ... or atleast gave me the chance vs embarassing me. I just thought that was so sweet how she handled it... kudos. It seems hard to find decent customer service out here these days! She made it seem so easy ❤️“

“We traveled to Black Rock to meet up with family last evening. The food was delicious as usual, but what really stood out was our amazing server Erin. She went above and beyond. What a joy, you are blessed to have her as part of your staff. Highly recommend the food and the experience!“

“My husband and I came into Cracker Barrel for dinner. Seth was our server and waited on us the entire time. I just wanted to let you know how friendly and attentive he was to us. Dinner was an especially great time meeting with Seth and he provided outstanding service. The food is always good at Cracker Barrel and Seth was a pleasant surprise. Looking forward to coming back and we will be requesting Seth again as our server.“

“Our server Kyle was great! They were able to make me foods safe for me to eat due to my food allergies (THANK YOU!!). Others in my party loved the fresh, homemade rolls (I’m allergic, so couldn’t eat them, but they looked amazing!).
The only downside was the extra long wait. We were told 30-40 minutes, but the wait was over 50 minutes. It was the day after Valentine’s Day, so I’d guess this wasn’t normal. You can make reservations online, I’d highly suggest it!

“Had a wonderful experience here with a family breakfast. Our last visit, not much so. The server then served us our banana nut bread still in a plastic box, no butter and no plates. Wish I remembered her name. Her service in general, left much to be desired. However this visit was so much better! Meagan took great care of us and not just plated our bread, but she pre-cut and served us. Its the little things like this that make all the difference! We absolutely will ask for Meagan here on out. She was such a great personality and so attentive!“
