“Riks is a total star. When you're standing in front of the restaurant you're in a parking lot of a an old shopping center. Once inside you're in a contemporary bar and restaurant. I believe that much of the work in creating the space was performed by the then staff, many of whom worked together with owners at a prior restaurant. The food is wonderful, creative, fresh and satisfying. My favorites include a smoked salmon salmon carpoccio (sorry about the spelling). A great selection of salads with the ability to. add to them crab cake chicken etc. The sandwiches range from a Reuben to a grilled mahi mahi .My favorite when I want a substantial dinner is their short ribs and mashed potatoes. Writing this review has just made me hungry. Guess where I'm going for an early dinner. Prices are VERY reasonable“

“Service was great and food was amazing! We started with oysters Rockefeller yum! I had the tuna melt. It was huge and delicious! Enough for lunch tomorrow. It was served with either fries or side salad. I opted for the salad with homemade blue cheese. It was served in a cucumber bowl (a bowl made of cucumber). It was so fresh and refreshing blue cheese dressing was delicious. I highly recommend if you haven’t been here you are missing out!“

We tried the new beer flight that was disappointingly small (shot glasses) and way overpriced. $18 for 5 little shot glasses of 5 beer taste! Otherwise no complaints.“

“Had dinner tonight and it was exceptional. Highly recommend the pickles and corn fritters with green goddess dressing. Absolutely delish. Duck, fried chicken thighs and Rock Fish were cooked to perfection but the real star were the sides. Amazing wine list, great atmosphere and wonderful service. Highly recommend“

“I was disappointed in my "hand-breaded" shrimp basket. It certainly seemed like it was pre-made and frozen, not freshly hand-breaded. If it was, they have some work to do. My husband had the crab cake sandwich, which was delicious. I also really enjoyed their fries. I was just disappointed in the shrimp. When I go to a place where everything is $15-20+, I expect better quality. Every dish should be excellent.“

“The food was really good. I asked our server's name, Georgia was our server. The reason I asked was that she was absolutely wonderful and a beautiful energy. Her and a very sweet young girl were amazing. I rarely complain about anything, but I will say the girl at the counter was not kind, friendly, or helpful in any way... she acted like us walking into the restaurant was a bother... so for that reason, we won't be back. I'm still giving 5 stars because of Georgia!

“An absolute gem of a restaurant! We typically get take out which is always soooo good, but last night my husband and I decided to dine in. Wow, what an experience! The inside is decorated absolutely stunningly and SO clean, and the atmosphere is just so warm and friendly. I'm a bit of a picky eater, and our waitress was friendly and polite about it the entire time. And the food - don't even get me started! It was delicious, seasoned perfectly, juicy meat, and the refried beans are to die for. This is now a staple in my family's going out rotation, and I will HAPPILY make the drive from Martinsburg to Hagerstown JUST for Jenny's!“

“Visiting Antietam battle site on the way to Gettysburg. Great location with a fun brew pub, sports bar and Starbucks in the same shopping plaza. Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, nice shower, helpful friendly staff. Wish all hotels offered window spray and paper towels available to clean car windshields.“

“Lovely place. Renovated inside, clean, welcoming and a lot to choose from on the menu. We ordered taco salad, cheese steak, steak and grilled cheese and everyone was very happy with their food, even my picky eater kids. Would definitely stop here again when passing through Hagerstown.“

“On a trip home from Myrtle Beach to Northeast PA, we overnighted in Hagerstown MD and decided to give this place a try. We ordered a Margherita Pizza. It was delicious! Where we are from, everything is NY Style so this was a nice change of pace. The crust is delicious! The staff are also super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend Cafe Del Sol.“

“I really like coming to this location in particular because of the waitresses. The one that we had on our last visit, this past Thursday, May 23, 2024, has waited on us in the past and she is always kind. She made sure we had everything we needed and came back several times to check on us and refill drinks as needed. I always enjoy looking thru the store there because they have a nice variety of things for sale. I love the beach things and the shirts. The candy is good too. Very reasonably priced too. If you're traveling thru that part of Western Maryland, the Hagerstown MD area, make sure you stop at that location! You won't regret it!“

I like it there. I think it has potential to be better on the weekends if they advertise a little more with game nights or live music it can bring a bigger crowd. “Attended a group dinner on a Saturday evening in November. The Server provided excellent service and handled late arrivers without disrupting the group; something only a well trained and seasoned server would know to do. Food was delicious with all in attendance pleased with their meals. The private meeting room with beautiful wood panels. Dinner was enjoyable and made better by good food and excellent service.“

“Our waitress was awesome very professional and attentive. The bourbon salmon was to die for, the vegetables were fresh and the cool part and my first time experiencing was cooking your steak yourself on this brick hot plate to your liking. “Best steaks of any chain by far. Only down side is the crowd noise. I'd recommend using the app to get on the wait list a few minutes before you arrive on busy nights.

I do recommend the early arrival specials that begin at 3pm. Same quality food, better price and much less noisy.

Vegetarian options: Not many though you can buy several veggie sides, like baked potato, broccoli, rolls, corn, and others.“

“Stoped here a few times over the years.Located in Hagerstown so it’s near a lot of shopping and off interstate. Plenty of parking. It’s a usual spot of us because we are traveling through Hagerstown Maryland a lot. Great food. Always served really fast and always cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is always clean and in good condition. There is plenty of parking and easily accessible to everyone. The waffles are great as always and the breakfast is the best in town.

“Just wanted to share our experience at the Bob Evans at 1721 Dual Highway in Hagerstown Md. For several weeks now we have been going for breakfast in this location. We have been requesting the same server who should receive the highest recognition. Her name is Amerah. I spoke with her manager earlier this evening. Her name is Noel. I told her how Amerah is so attentive and has such an amazing spirit about her that she lifts up our morning with contagious light. We take our two and half year old grandson who LOOKS for 'Amerah' whose name he's learned. She never forgets his name either. As a former waitress many years ago, we are impressed at her memory and the orders we place that she remembers week to week knowing how many customers she waits on within her days. She is a true asset for Bob Evans. She is greatly appreciated. We will continue to return to this location and spread the word about this particular restaurant. Specifically Amerah. The restaurant in general is clean and the food is excellent as well. They follow specific orders very well.“

“Definitely our go-to restaurant in the area (near Whitetail and Liberty ski areas). The food is amazing! I had the chili and the mozzarella and tomato salad. My son had the Southern Fried Chicken. Both were delicious — plus a pizookie for dessert!

Our server, Cim, was also fantastic — super-friendly and attentive. Lots of nice little touches, like automatically bringing out refills when he saw our drinks were low. Could not have asked for a better dining experience!“

“Took a 🔥 minute to find this place, but glad I did. Decided to try their wings and Momday is all you can eat for 20 bucks. I'm on my 3rd serving and pretty full after eating 13 and hand cut fries. Very good thick hot sauce and blue cheese was tasty. My meal was prepared just the way I requested. My server Olivia was very patient with my questions, as it was my first visit. The rest of the staff was keeping busy keeping things tidy. Might have to stop back for a cocktail on my next visit, on a cold night, and get cozy by the fireplace. There's also a nice patio and outside area to have a smoke and chat, or play 🌽 hole.“

The server was so efficient and friendly personality and we were attended with satisfactory service. Over all, it was a beautiful experiences. FYI we were 8 pax.
