“Off season visit. High tide after 4 days of wind had several roads flooded. We wondered if it would even be open. It was. The lump crabcake was all lump, no filler, and the most divine crab cake EVER! Nothing I have ever had comes even close. Absolutely exquisite! The baked pineapple side confused me upon arrival— looked like bread in a dish. Ah, but the bread, pineapple, sauce combination surprised me. Sweet and delicious! And the warm fresh rolls—oh my goodness! Only 2 other tables occupied on this cold and windy day in the late afternoon but the food and service was still superb. Definitely a place not to be missed.“

“My wife and I go fishing on Hooper Island and I always stop by and see Brian for some live soft crabs to take home and eat and we use some for bait . These are the best soft crabs you can find . Simply dredged in seasoned flour and fried in butter it does not get any better !! It can be quite a busy place when his pickers are in action and they are something to watch ! How they pick those crabs so fast is amazing. Brian is a heck of a nice guy and always finds the time to hook me up . A great place !“
