“Ordered food got the check out machine said I was done paid with cash thought I was done wait about 15 minutes additional the young lady behind the counter asked me was I waiting on something I said yes I told her what I ordered she said ok and she fixed it my complaint was since I was playing with cash no one came too ask when the machine said done!“

The corn tamal, grilled leeks w/ mole, and lamb neck barbacoa were some particular favorites, but everything was delicious, fresh, and carefully crafted. The cocktails were excellent, the patio was extremely pleasant, with attentive service — everyone was so kind. A true 10/10.“

“Solid, easy, and unique dinner spot to catch up with your friends. Ambiance was great. Decor was great. Vibe was great. Food was great. Drinks were unique, but I wasn’t crazy about any of the ones I had to be honest taste-wise! The steak was amazing. Ceviche was tasty.

We had 5 people and spent 88$ each - we had 1-2 drinks each and apps, sides, and main dishes, which we all shared. Everyone we met there was super friendly, staff involved. You can take great pictures here lol.

Wish we had stayed for the DJ. Music/club area started playing music around 10:30-11pm, but no one out on the dance floor yet and we just decided to call it a night! Parking was easy at 7:30pm, and free on the street. 1 min walk into it. Street parking gets more packed as the night goes on, of course. When I was going back to my car at 11pm it was packed.“

“I got a burrito, the rice had a rich lemon cilantro taste, the beans were good. The carne asada had a great taste. The tacos salsa was good that you need to eat with the tortilla chips… I highly recommend it. The prices are not bad respectfully for the food quality.“

“We visited DC for four nights. We ate here twice because it was so good. The happy hour specials were delicious and good deals. The salsa is transcendent. Loved the mojito and the sangria. The carnitas, the tinga de pollo and the esquites were AMAZING! The whole staff is awesome and the atmosphere is so cool.“

I had the Original Tajín Margarita (their spicy-style margarita), and it was amazing—perfectly balanced with a great kick. The Aguachiles were fresh, spicy, and full of flavor. But the star of the night was the Ceviche Especial—absolutely unbelievable. Super fresh seafood with bold, well-seasoned flavors.
What really sets this place apart is the combination of authentic Mexican mariscos and sushi. You can enjoy ceviches, tostadas, cocteles, and sushi rolls all in one visit, and everything works.
The space is big and lively with lots of screens, giving it a fun sports bar vibe. They also have happy hour from 4–7 PM plus daily specials, which makes it an easy win.
If you’re into ceviches, margaritas, and bold Mexican flavors, I highly recommend Mariscos Culiacán. I’ll definitely be back.“

“This is absolutely one of my favorite places to go! The Roost was my go to during the pandemic with tons of outdoor seating. Since it was in my neighborhood we frequented a lot. The staff watched my little one practically grow up there! It became our meeting place and neighborhood watering hole. Quick and efficient and some of the best food and customer service! We’ve moved from the area but always stop by when in town because it feels like home!“

My husband put green sauce on the Buritto Bowl, so I did not try it. Salad was good. I would get the Pollo Saltado next time and see if I could sub salad for the fries.“
