“We have been happy customers of this Pizza Boli location for 5 years. We order 2-8 times a month. We order for both our family meals and for large groups of guests at our home who enjoy the variety and quality of the pizzas and wings. Our gatherings are very popular due to the pizza!!

We have nothing but the best feedback on all the varied pizza, sandwiches, and bowls we have tried and shared. Service is fast. Food always arrives hot, with cheese still melted.

Delivery team does a good job finding us, and (Google maps does not).

On very rare occasion, there have been issues with the app, and these have been sorted out to our satisfaction.

My house recommends this Pizza Boli wholeheartedly. I'm ordering again right now.“

“YUM! First let’s talk about the desserts. We waived the appetizers so we could try some yummy Italian desserts and man oh man they didn’t disappoint! My fave was the apple pie doughboy, freshly baked apples with a hint of a crunch still in them, wrapped in delicately flavored dough, this was the perfect treat and not overly sweet. Now the decadent chocolate cake was a rich flavorful indulgent dream come true. The whipped even tasted fresh. These freshly made desserts were worth the wait. Oh and one dessert is perfect for 2 to share.
The eggplant parm and lasagna were wonderful entrees and we’ll be back to try the whole menu!“

“We love the food… we eat here often when in Alexandria. Spaghetti Carbonara is one of my favorites! And, my 7-year old grandson gives the kids spaghetti 2 thumbs up!“

“Corso Italian is a nice little restaurant that has a lot of potential but execution is a serious problem. The appetizers and pasta entrees we had for dinner were pretty good. They say they make all their pasta in house but, again, though it was good, it didn't really impress me like house pasta usually does. For appetizers, we had focaccia and ricotta to share and arancini. Both were good choices. I ordered a Caesar salad and the orecchiette, sausage and broccoli rabe. The pasta dish came before the salad and they just stuffed everything on the table. The Caesar salad was pedestrian at best. The pasta dish was very good. I thought the value of the meal was reasonable mainly because the prices seemed reasonable as well. Drinks were $16, about what you expect these days but apps (~$9 to $12), soups and salads (~$10 to ~$15), entrees (~low $20's to mid-$30's) and sides (~$6-$9) seemed below average prices these days.“

“I ordered a special dish that was not in the menu and I was surprised to experience a restaurant that will cater to what I want to eat. The squid alla marinara pasta sautéed perfectly blended with the right spices and herbs. I tasted basil and it was minty and really satisfied my appetite. Thank you for the extra freshly made bread, salad with the special house sauce + the tiramisu for the dessert. This is my second time to visit this restaurant and I will surely come back the next time we are in the neighborhood. Grazie!!!“

From the moment we were seated, Vaughn went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. He was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely cared about making our meal enjoyable. This was our first time at The Farmhouse and Vaughn deserves recognition for making our visit memorable. I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you want top-notch service. At 10:30 am, even though they had a breakfast menu, my husband decided he wanted lasagna, so I thought what the heck, I'll get a lunch/dinner item too. What a treat! We had their bruschetta to start (WOW!) I had the Chicken Milanese and we finished off our food adventure with a yummy gelato! Food was amazing and the service from Isabel was top notch too. Isabel is very sweet and personable and has worked there for four years. That's a tribute to the restaurant and management for sure! Huge portions and very reasonable prices. I wish we lived closer, or we'd be regulars for sure! Keep up the great work Pizzaiolos!

“Fine Italian dining with a moderna vibe at SOCCI, located within the Renaissance in Crystal City. Open air kitchen and cool bar scene add to the ambience. Excellent food and service. The “large” portions were generous, perfect to split or opportune for takeaway. In hindsight I should have gotten the small portion of Bolognese but definitely enjoyed the leftovers!“

“New Mosaic location just opened and it’s great. The pizza is fantastic, actually cooked with some nice crisp and char like the northern pizza snob in me likes. I also had a chicken parm sub that was fantastic. Haven’t tried the cold subs yet but there’s always tomorrow hah. The location is great on the bend of District Ave looking out down the street and they smartly installed a retractable front wall that can be opened for open air on nice days/evenings (or if Covid decides to play some more games here in the future). Also some select patio seating which is nice as well!“

“Have been ordering here for years, great service and the pizza is always good. Plenty of deals to be had. Paisanos is my go-to spot for a reason. Pizza comes early and the quality is always on point. I'm also a fan of the subs, and the wings are mad good too. Also a local NoVA business, you can't go wrong with Paisanos.“

“I got the all you can eat pasta with angel hair and the creamy mushroom sauce. I forgot the five dollar all you can eat topping of chicken, so I decided to go without that the rest of my plates. The plates come out fast. We had a party of four and two got soup, two got salads. We were only given one order of breadsticks and told they ran out. We left 15 minutes before closing. I still feel like they could’ve brought us some more breadsticks…

Another friend got a lasagna plate, someone else got the pasta and I forget what our other person ordered.

The two of us got soup got the gnocchi soup. That’s always my favorite. It was brought out a normal portion sizes, and super hot. I like that the service was fast because in the past when I got that all you can eat things they take really long time.

The pasta portions for all you can eat, were normal size the first time the other times in a smaller plate, but I felt like it was about the same portions.

The waitress did give us containers to take them to go, including any leftover soup. I thought that was cool. Some places that do all you can eat don’t let you do that.

We went on a Monday night. There was many tables empty. We arrived at 8 o’clock. They close at 10. That was a sufficient amount of time to spend eating and enjoying friends.

I ordered a piña colada that was really good and in a gigantic cup. They did no ice in my cup of water.

The calamari and shrimp with peppers appetizer were possibly the best appetizer I've ever had. The lasagna was out of this world cheesy! It was delicious in every way. “They do buffalo chicken pizza right! Buffalo Sauce, Pizza Cheese, (CRISPY) Buffalo Chicken, Gorgonzola Cheese and Red Onions. -->All other ways of doing buffalo chicken pizza are incorrect! Most pizza places just use hot sauce and grilled chicken, which is boring. So, kudos to Paisano's for doing it the right way!

Their hot buffalo wings are probably the best local pizza take-out wings in the DMV. You will be very pleasantly surprised!

Their regular pepperoni pizza with just red sauce, cheese, and pepperoni is above average. It is nowhere near the best pizza in the area, but you absolutely won't be disappointed if you order it either. ... but based on the delicious buffalo chicken pizza and wings, I'm giving them 5/5!“

Only one incident, there was some confusion about which line was for omelettes and which line was for pasta. Some of the other patrons were combative regarding who was in line first. From the appetizers to dessert, there was not one entree that was less than perfect! We had and highly recommend the following dishes: Meatballs- the mix of proteins made these a delicious choice! Garlic Bread...needs no introduction! Caprese Salad...the fresh mozzarella was so fresh and creamy! Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken - was my daughter's fan favorite and the pasta tasted homemade! Filet with roasted potatoes...all seasoned well and cooked to perfection! The steak had a good char while being super tender and flavorful! Sangria - is my mother in love's favorite! Cheesecake and Chocolate cake- OMG, don't skip dessert! You will regret it! The restaurant has a friendly, comfortable fine dining atmosphere that perfect for a fancy date night or a casual dinner! The restaurant has spectacular views of the harbor and ferris wheel, which makes it a fun and memorable experience! While the food and the restaurant were nothing short of spectacular, it was the employees of the establishment that truly made our night! My mother in law is a regular and the staff treat her like family! From the hostess and servers to the general manager, Johnny, they all did everything they could to turn a regular night out into something really special! It was my first time at the restaurant, and I was blown away by our experience. Sending a huge thanks to Johnny and the staff of Bond 45 for running such an amazing restaurant.
