New American Restaurants near Fulton, MD

“Wonderful first experience. Invited to attend "Seniors Don't Eat Alone" waiter Kevin was very attentive, knowledgeable and understanding of Seniors!!! Our second experience, was again great. We joined "DINE OUT MARYLAND" and saw Libs Fulton was on the registry. Four of us had reservations at 4:00 we asked to be seated at a 6 top and the hostess just smiled and seated the 4 of us. Then noticed that Kevin was once again our waiter. He took the drink orders perfectly. Unfortunately, my BEEF & BURRATA was tepid at best. Kevin nicely removed and had remade without issue. The MOD brought my diner back pipping hot and apologized with a smile. Prior to ordering, we had inquired if the Dine Out MD was accepted and provided our ID. Keven again handled. Next another personable young man brought back the bill and spoke with us. He was informing us of the upcoming expansion of the Libs restaurants. He stated he was going to be at the new location in Towson. Great experience. All three individuals showed great customer service. BTW - our food was delicious....“

“Went for our one-year anniversary. The staff was amazing, gave us a little happy anniversary sign along with a taster, which was amazing. The drinks were good, the food was outstanding. Definitely made our evening magical in a perfect way to celebrate.“

“Again, a fabulous dinner at District Bistro. Because it was Valentine's Day, there was a fixed-price menu: $65 for three courses. I started with the 1/2 dozen oysters (a treat!) and my partner had the house-smoked salmon with caviar. Both were delicious, but the salmon was a special surprise, topped with thinly sliced kumquats and capers; it was an unexpected taste sensation! I chose scallops for my main course--I almost always get them here, and they never disappoint. They were perfectly cooked and served over a warm black lentil salad. My partner chose the lamb chops that came with a tasty harissa-eggplant sauce. They were tender and cooked just right--a little pink in the center. For dessert, I had the kumquat and pistachio creme brulee. I wasn't sure about my choice, but it ended up being delightful. The creme was rich, but not too heavy and the crust on the top was caramelized perfectly. My husband had pear pecan sticky pudding--yum. We had been tempted to go elsewhere for Valentine's Day because District Bistro tends to be our go-to. I am glad we didn't!!“

“Had my daughters baby shower there on Sunday, Feb 22nd... Totally exceeded my expectations. We had the absolute best server, Lilly. She got everyone drinks upon their arrival and kept them all filled throughout the event...all by memory I believe. The food was fantastic...gotta say best Crab Dip around. Trevor was amazing and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely use Maggie's again for future events and would highly recommend them.

“We had the most delicious dinner this evening! Our server, Lorri, was very attentive and so personable. The food was simply outstanding! We had the calamari, fried cauliflower and whipped ricotta appetizer. All were so delicious and the presentation was lovely. For dinner, we sampled the burger, chicken Marsala, and Porchetta. Each was unique and so tasty. We finished with homemade raspberry sorbet and the somores dessert which were both very yummy. The cocktails were also very good! I can’t believe we didn’t find this “gem” earlier!!!! We can’t wait to come again!!!“

“They have a small parking lot but we ended up ubering this evening. We didn't have a reservation (Friday evening 7:30 pm) and we were able to get a seat right by the door. They were definitely very busy but our server was still attentive and friendly. My friend ordered a flight of wine and I ordered a glass of the Poggio Le Volpe, 'Roma Rosso'. The wine, as always was delicious. My friend ordered the IBWC Fall Burger and I ordered the Grilled Bistro Steak Frites. The Steak was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. We had also ordered side Caesar salads. It was restaurant week and neither of us opted into the the 3 courses for a price option but our server did kindly inform us that she grouped it that way to help us save and include the dessert. We ended up getting the Nutella dessert (I don't recall what it was called). While the presentation wasn't great, it was very good and I would recommend it.

“This is the place I go to when I want perfectly made deli style food. I do not know why but I wake up once a week craving a meatball sub from Orion Sky Cafe. The cold cut sub is very good as well and I am slowly trying the other sandwiches on the menu and have not found one that was not either very fresh or well prepared. The chicken or beef teriyaki with fried rice is a very large portion and perfectly prepared. The specials are all very different and worth a try. The staff are super out going and very friendly. One of my favorite things in the restaurant is the old school food menu displayed over the drink station. I would highly recommend this restaurant.“

“From start to finish this is a restaurant with a creative idea and a delicious finish. Brunch was incredible steak perfectly cooked medium rare sliced thinly presented beautifully with french fries that were perfectly cooked better than any I have ever had. Poached eggs that were Perfections a rich yolk is silcky and smoot . I cannot rate this brunch menu as high as it deserves absolutely recommend trying it for yourself the steak is better than a filet mignon as tender as a prime rib also includes bottomless Bloody Marys mimosas or aperol spritzes the very little price of $34. And don't let me forget the vanilla dried fruit and granola parfait balanced and delicious. Service by Jessica was outstanding she made it fun was completely knowledgeable and accommodating Jessica makes the first 10/10 espresso martini I have ever had. The chocolate martini made by a different bartender was about a 7 out of 10 espresso Martini was so balanced espresso was the first flavor and yes it had alcohol but it did not make your tongue burn again highest of praise. Can not wait to bring my friends back so much better than Outback I would even go as far as to say better than Ruth Chris. Save your money come to medium rare if you dare. Thank you Jessica you made it fun and exciting we will be back just for you Okay I lied for the steak too.“

“Your sign is blocked by trees. As first time visitors we drove right past even though gps said we’d arrived. Had to call from the car to get directions. Also need a sign for location of your handicapped ramp. It too is hidden from view.“

This establishment was easy to locate, provided free parking, very clean, and had great tv's for sports viewing.

We were seated immediately upon arrival and greeted by Adam.
Adam had a great personality larger than life!!

Each and everything was great, except a double shot ordered at the table. It was smaller than a single shot. We didn't want to make a scene, so we dealt w it. But never again.

“This was my first visit to BJ’s restaurant in Columbia. I was there for lunch. This menu offered a $13 lunch menu which had an item for anyone’s taste. I ordered the strawberry salad and it was delicious. To finish off the meal, asmall pizookie was included. Very satisfied. Our server Austin was also the bartender. He was personal, professional, and helpful in menu selections. In short, this is a keeper.“
