“We, had lunch at this location on Nov 10th. The service was very poor and the order came out wrong. The waiter never offered to refill our drinks. We, ended up sending food back and had taken off the bill. I, asked for a manager and the waiter only came back. This was a VERY poor experience. The waiter sucked, They may need new management.“

“The Capital Grille is my go-to restaurant in the Baltimore area, and it never disappoints. I usually visit for lunch, so I tend to order from the lunch menu, which is different from the larger dinner menu. That said, the staff has always been accommodating when I’ve asked to order items from the dinner menu as well.

The service is consistently excellent, the quality of the food is top-notch, and the lunch menu offers an amazing value for the level of dining experience you get. It’s easily one of the most reliable and enjoyable restaurants in Baltimore.“

“Basic steakhouse. Nice dinners at a moderate price. They cook the steak as you ask, and no deficiencies here, and plenty of healthy choices on the menu. Great specials if you are sticking to your budget and the bar at this one is a good place to watch a game. It's not the Palm but then it isn't trying to be and it's more budget friendly. The staff are excellent.“

“I visited for a special occasion dinner over the weekend. Our reservation time was close to closing and we had a large group, but I really appreciate them accommodating us regardless. Our group didn’t feel rushed and everything came out pretty quickly. Our server was Estrella and she was awesome. She skipped no beats. Other staff were also friendly and happy to answer questions/provide guidance.

The main room is very beautiful and they gave a complimentary dessert and card which was a sweet touch. I enjoyed my food, but the lemon butter prawns were especially a standout! I loved that the steaks were not over-seasoned so you really got the flavor from the cuts. I’d definitely revisit to try other items.

Also, FYI-not sure if it was due to our group size(~9 ppl), but there was a 20% gratuity automatically added along with 3% facilities fee. Valet was $20.“

“We had the fried green tomatoes as our first appetizer. They were tender and topped with lumps of crabmeat. Spectacular! Then we had the fried cheese appetizer. I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. My filet medallions were so tender,they melted in my mouth. Hubby got the pork loin over mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and loved it. We will definitely come back!“

His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. I was told to give it a second chance. I asked if the ribs were good and was assured that they were. My server DID NOT LIE!!!! The ribs SLAPPED!!! I can’t wait to go back for more.
