“We, had lunch at this location on Nov 10th. The service was very poor and the order came out wrong. The waiter never offered to refill our drinks. We, ended up sending food back and had taken off the bill. I, asked for a manager and the waiter only came back. This was a VERY poor experience. The waiter sucked, They may need new management.“

“We had the most amazing dinner. A particular shout out goes to our server Sandra. She has served us several times and always knocks it out of the park. We felt exceptionally cared for. It was a little cold by our table and they immediately noticed and offered to adjust the temp for me. Everyone who passed by our table offered assistance. We never felt rushed. The birthday and anniversary touches added to the occasion. Overall, there were so many personal touches from the handwritten bday card to the beautiful white rose I received. The food was outstanding as always and I would like to extend my compliments to the chef. Beautifully presented dishes with amazing flavors, perfectly cooked steaks, and a world of great textures. “Compared to several other Outbacks close to me, this Outback is great in food, service, and is well managed. Since I've been coming, I only have one complaint, and that is hostesses running their fingers through their hair and touching menus, napkins silverware, etc. Please train your workers on this habit.“

I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. For context, my church group is energetic and tends to be quite lively, which can create challenges in a dining setting. Jada not only took our orders with precision but also ensured everything was in order, with honorable mentions to her colleagues Ryan and Lyric. She remembered every detail, from what each person was drinking to the number of waters I required, and even how the entrees paired with the beverages.

At the conclusion of our meal, she organized the checks seamlessly, making it the first time I had dined with a large party and felt such an effortless flow. I informed her manager of her exceptional service because I believe her talents deserve recognition. “The food was good. I am not sure if it was due to the event at the casino, but the service was poor. We waited for over 15 minutes for someone to address us once seated. Once approached, the staff were nice; however, we waited over an hour after someone addressed us to receive our food. We were only able to take a few bites before the show, but ultimately we were unable to enjoy our meal in the restaurant. We were seven minutes from leaving when the meal came.“
