It is a fantastic, relaxed basement dive bar with a great, chilled-out vibe. The bartender was friendly, and the regular prices are very reasonable—but if you hit their happy hour, the prices are absolutely incredible. The food is also decent and hits the spot. Just keep your eyes open when looking for it, as it is on the side of the building and you have to walk down some steps into the basement. If you are in the area, it is absolutely worth a stop!“

At this point Kia assisted me and she was very hospitable and welcoming. But what impressed me the most was the cleanliness of tje restaurant. I often get nervous allowed my daughter to use public restrooms, but this one was very clean and Kia stood at the door while I went in to assit my daughter to clean herself and get dress. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! “Amazing burgers, fries and milkshakes! Across the street from our hotel and we ended up eating here twice and getting milkshakes 3 times. Reasonably priced and the service was good. It was hot in the restuarant but they are doing renovations next door so the AC isn't working. They do have outdoor seating which was a lot cooler. The food and milkshakes will not disappoint!“

“My experience was phenomenal. I ordered General Tao’s Chicken. To be blunt fully honest I haven’t tasted General Tao’s Chicken that good in almost ten years. Other Chinese places are cutting back on the sauce to cut cost but they didn’t do that. I had ordered extra sauce just in case only to realize I didn’t really need it since they put adequate sauce on the chicken. I would definitely recommend.“

“This is absolutely one of my favorite places to go! The Roost was my go to during the pandemic with tons of outdoor seating. Since it was in my neighborhood we frequented a lot. The staff watched my little one practically grow up there! It became our meeting place and neighborhood watering hole. Quick and efficient and some of the best food and customer service! We’ve moved from the area but always stop by when in town because it feels like home!“
