“The lady at the drive through window with the pink nails for the past 2 days has been ON POINT! I haven't had good experiences at this Burger King before her. She even remembered me today after just 1 day. Lol I appreciate her recognizing who I was with my kiddos. Lol Her customer service is on point as well. She deserves to be the manager because the manager who was there in the past didn't have customer service as a priority.“
“Ordered the Kerin Frost box! Just for the McNugget buddies & they didn't even mention that they were out of the collectibles my child wanted. They gave out a toy that my daughter has many of already.....? it should have at least been mentioned then I would have ordered something else. The fries looked old or & were cold! I was under time constraint so I didn't go back. I will NOT! Visit this area McDonald's again......?“
“The New Chashier was nice and very professional. She greet us and made us fill so welcome. She took our order and repeated it back to us. Everything was fresh and taste good !!!!! I will definitely come back to this location in Landover,MD. My Favorite location too !“
“Overall food was decent. Fries with chili and cheese were above average and milkshakes were excellent. Where it failed was the burgers. Probably one of the most average hamburgers I have ever had and I find it comparable to McDonald's. I didn't have it I was told their half smoke was delightful.I am giving it a 3 as it is apparently well-known but was fairly average in my perspective.I'm updating this to 4 stars because after our meal 90 year old owner, Virginia, took time to talk to us and tell us all about her and the restaurants history that is rich and pivotal in the black community of the area. Amazing conversation with her and if you can you should visit with her!“
“Had the opportunity to experience this dining venue for a Sunday brunch,recommended by family member. The brunch menu at first was a little confusing as to what our quantity of options we were entitled to, once that was clarified enjoyed a delightful meal of fried chicken & waffles -brussel sprouts-deviled eggs -berry mixed topping pancakes -crab cakes and a mimosa. The only thing that wasn’t too pleasant was the waiter assigned to us -he didn’t seem very customer friendly-I don’t even think he introduced himself. However his slack was taken up by a wonderful young lady by the name of Allie -very friendly -took the time to explain the menu -when an ordering mistake had been made -corrected it and provided a alternative, she made the experience so much better -excellent customer service“

“Food was amazing! Came to visit from Chicago. Had the bacon and cheddar burger. Hubby had the afterburner burger, spicy but delish! Appetizers (Korean wings and onion rings) on point! Did not disappoint at all. Highly recommend. Similar to a pub so not kid friendly (when we went 11pm).“
“As someone with dairy and egg allergies, I was extremely grateful for the many vegan options on the menu. We came our first night in DC and had the delicious vegan nachos and vegan BBQ “chicken” bites and I was beyond impressed. We had such a great experience that we came back again…. And again while we were in DC. Everyone in my family (vegan and not) raved about their food and our service was phenomenal. Add in the great bookstore attached that the kids and us enjoyed while waiting for food and this place is a must go. If you’re a beer lover, try the Busboys Haze and you won’t be disappointed.“
