“the owner needs to fire the cook just ordered a crab cake and when i took the onions off the crabcake is black shouldn't even have went out the door looking like this then tried to cover it up with tons of onions you can taste the burnt taste. I love sorrentos but this is the second time.definitely needs somebody who wants to work and not send out burnt up food“

Had a delicious 3 course meal. And then dessert with sparkler! The atmosphere was amazing - beautiful decor, clean, perfect acoustics so you could hear and talk, but also wonderful selection of music playing in the background. “Marta manages to be both lively and cozy simultaneously in a rowhouse that previously housed Salt (one of my all time favorite upscale restaurants) We went for a friend's birthday, and all 3 courses were delicious, beautifully presented, inventive, and not the same old menu that you find everywhere. Very sweet wait staff was super attentive, educated about the food and wine and made great suggestions. Our original wait staff had an emergency and had to leave in the middle of service, but seamlessly another wait person stepped in to covered us. Kudos to the front of house team for handling with such skill and ease. But the food was definitely the star of the show. For me, the standout was the tuna cannoli. I'm not even sure I can do justice to this deliciousness with a crunchy outer "cannoli" shell with a slight hint of sweet surrounding a creamy center of tuna crudi with little dots of avocado cream. And all was covered with a pistachio "dust." The spicy meatballs were delectable nestled in a cloud of creamy spicy ricotta. And the Duck and Foie Gras Panzotti (little triangle ravioli) was creamy, delicious and the perfect combination of delicate tastes. And the Tiramisu Affogato ended the dinner on a delicious note! Chef John recommended the Rigatoni alla Vodka with shrimp and it was everything. My husband always particular about seafood felt the shrimp was cooked to perfection. We also had the Buratta as an App and took a Tiramisu to go and enjoy later. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable meal with excellent service. We will be back. If you are looking for an excellent meal in a beautiful environment I recommend it.“

When I eat by myself, I usually find a table where I can Have my food and listen Music on my personal device. The garden salad comes with a house dressing, which is phenomenal. I could go there just to have their salads. Their pasta dishes and pizzas are excellent. On the rare occasions, when I do order a pizza, I find that the crust is undescribable good. “Italian Disco in Little Italy is absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the Grandma pizza and it was hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust was insane — perfectly crunchy without being even slightly burnt. Our waiter was funny and personable, which made the whole experience even better. The vibe is cool, the bar is huge, and the music was great (maybe just a tiny bit loud for my old self 😂). Loved that they had classic sports games playing on the TVs too. Can’t wait to go back!“
