“Wanted to let people know that the Subway in Hancock is very accommodating to their customers. I was looking for raspberry cheesecake cookies in Hagerstown Subways and nobody had any and wouldn’t make any. I called the Subway in Hancock and even tho they only had 3 in case boy on phone said they would do a fresh dozen and put my name on them. Absolutely love this store Subway for doing that. Thank you you guys rock!!!“

“Stopped in for a quick take home pizza after a long day of traveling. I didn't order ahead, just stopped in, placed and order and waited. Kiera took our order and had it back to us in a quick fashion. Pizza is good, hadn't had Pizza Hut in years. Would stop in again.“

“I had a great experience here! I was in Berkeley Springs on a travel assignment as a travel nurse amongst other restaurants this McDonald’s so great customer service they were wonderfully nice and sweet. Where is it that I had to deal with so much racism in that town! Besides the food being delicious hot and fresh they really made me feel at home with how nice they were“
