“Been in the Mt Vernon area for 3 years now. I used to get Dunkin here once or twice a week, then cut it down to probably once a month now. But every time I've come by this Dunkin spot, there's been one employee working hard on weeknights. It's been a while since I've been by, so I forget his name, but he's been extremely kind and considerate to everyone that comes through. I know there are more employees because I've stopped by on Sundays, but during the week, and sometimes Saturdays, he's been the only employee. PLEASE, either hire another person or just give the guy a major raise! He holds down the fort and provides great, quick service despite being one person. When I came by this evening he handled a line of 5 deftly. He deserves much more credit and support!“

“The only remaining Bakery in Md. for real home made Baked Goods, not commercial chemical preservative filled crap like the big grocery stores do it. Stop in Stoltzfus Bakery at the Dutch Market in Laurel Md. Old fashioned Baked items of all kinds, at a great Market, Twenty minutes from B’More and DC, just a couple miles from 295 or 95 making it the easiest Md Farmers Market to get in and out of. On 198 across from the Laurel Horse Races. Talk to authentic Amish owners, Ben or Ike while you’re there. Cakes ,Pies, Quiches, Cupcakes ,Loaves, Cookies, Muffins, Whoopies, Fry Pies, Fresh Doughnuts, Custom cake decorating upon request and much much more. Plenty of parking and refreshments.“

“I recently visited the Dunkin walk-in window and had a great experience. I wanted to try their meal plan but didn't have the app. An employee kindly helped me out and was very polite. I got a drink, sandwich, and hash browns, all served hot and tasty. I definitely recommend Dunkin' for their delicious food and excellent service.“

As a Dunkin fanatic, It’s really disappointing how some Dunkin’s make watered-down espresso, half brewed cold brew, or sell iced coffee as cold brew. This location always has great tasting cold brew and I’m just hoping it stays that way!

Parking: The Harris Tester parking garage is one left away from the Dunkin. Depending on your spot it’s a 1 minute walk. I also see people temporarily park behind the building and bank lane (I don’t think this is encouraged) Always plenty of well lit parking. If you want to park closer there is paid street parking.“

“I honestly have never had any problems here. Everyone is super nice and I come in regularly so I know everyone who works there. Whenever my order is messed up they always quickly fix it up and offer me to keep the wrong order and make me my correct order.“

“I very much enjoy going to this Dunkin. The staff is wonderful and always take care of me. I don't tip at coffee shops...I tipped here.

The only real complaint I have is that the drive through is very slow. It's so much faster to walk in and order or order ahead and pick it up at the counter than to use the drive through.

Parking is extremely limited, and with the drive through constantly overflowing the parking lot it's often times better to park in the nearby strip mall lot and walk over. It's worth it, though.

All too often I forget to scan my app barcode to get points. It would be awesome if the staff at the register would ask if I have the app right before taking payment if I didn't already get it scanned. An employee told me yesterday that a lot of people forget to get their barcode scanned. It would be a good gesture to start reminding customers when they offer payment. ?

Parking: REALLY limited parking. But then, I don't know that I've ever seen a Dunkin with lots of parking. Lol“

“I had a great experience with the young man who served a blueberry donut at 3:41 pm. I had no idea these donuts were so amazing. He gave great service and was so very kind. I wish I grabbed his name because we need more nice people like him in the world.“

“The lady working today was so kind!!! I was hot and exhausted. I wanted a frozen coffee without all the sugar. She told me she could do just that. I was so appreciative!!! I’ve asked at other Dunkin’s in Florida and they said it wasn’t possible. So cheers to the impossible becoming possible!!!“

“For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.
My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!

Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“

“I don't like that they discontinued the French Cruller or that the Blasts went up by almost a whole $1, but they are still better than Starbucks in my opinion!

Parking: The parking is on three sides of the building. About 10 spaces per side.“

“The service in the early morning when first opened up the employees are fast they have my coffee ready before I order it so I don't have to wait around and they know what I want to order but when it hits around 11;00am then when the other employees come in to work it's like they are lost like they don't know what they are doing and it takes like 10 minutes to get my coffee and that's not good“

“Let me start off saying I absolutely loved that this location in is my neighborhood!! I’ve been here many times, usually early in the am before work. My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve seen donuts made as spiders, ninja turtles, rainbows etc… step it up a little…. But besides that, I love it“

“Been coming here for many years now and am very impressed. I typically order via app and choose walk-in pick up. I live 5 minutes away and can place my order before leaving and it's nearly always just a quick in and out when I go to pick it up. Less than 10% of the time I will have to wait and even rarer something will be missing from the order, but they do so well with getting me in and out that it's a small matter.“

The bottom had the peach compote/peaches (which either are canned or simmered as whole slices to make the compote since they were very tender and syrupy). The top had some drizzle which was good but gone after you get that initial layer of ice cream. Not much else texture wise to provide contrast. Maybe use peaches and cream ice cream? Or integrate peaches into the vanilla?The ice cream in general is good - nothing outstanding, but classic and yummy. It's hard to make bad ice cream and it was honestly enjoyable!“

“This location is usually busy during mornings.My order, placed via the Dunkin' app, was incomplete, but I didn't realize it until I got back home. I called to inform them about the mistake. The manager, I believe, was kind, apologetic and offered to resolve the matter whenever I stopped in again. Instead I chose to call customer service to request a refund for the item not included in my order. The resolution took a chat session, two phone calls and a month to be realized!“
