“We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. Shaun, keep up the good work. We will be back soon.“

“We had recently celebrated my uncle's birthday at the Prime Rib. Our server Ka'Mora was such a delight! She was so sweet and was able to help us figure out what we wanted on the menu. She kept checking in on us and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed the food. We absolutely enjoyed having her as our server. Will definitely be back again and will ask for her! “We, had lunch at this location on Nov 10th. The service was very poor and the order came out wrong. The waiter never offered to refill our drinks. We, ended up sending food back and had taken off the bill. I, asked for a manager and the waiter only came back. This was a VERY poor experience. The waiter sucked, They may need new management.“

I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. “I took my dad tonight for Father’s Day and it was very busy. We were told an hour and half wait so we waited. From the crew at the reservation desk to the lady who took is us to our table and Evan our waiter everything was awesome. Even with being crazy busy service was great and food was great. They brought me an overcooked steak, then they brought me a cold one. Smh. They took the charge off but I was so unhappy with my meal. Service was phenomenal.“
