“We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. Shaun, keep up the good work. We will be back soon.“

“We came to celebrate a special birthday and everything was so well taken care of. The ambience and decor, as well as the noise level, allowed for conversation that floated easily and permitted me to make a short speech in honor of my wife. “We, had lunch at this location on Nov 10th. The service was very poor and the order came out wrong. The waiter never offered to refill our drinks. We, ended up sending food back and had taken off the bill. I, asked for a manager and the waiter only came back. This was a VERY poor experience. The waiter sucked, They may need new management.“

“Went for our one-year anniversary. The staff was amazing, gave us a little happy anniversary sign along with a taster, which was amazing. The drinks were good, the food was outstanding. Definitely made our evening magical in a perfect way to celebrate.“

“I visited for a special occasion dinner over the weekend. Our reservation time was close to closing and we had a large group, but I really appreciate them accommodating us regardless. Our group didn’t feel rushed and everything came out pretty quickly. Our server was Estrella and she was awesome. She skipped no beats. Other staff were also friendly and happy to answer questions/provide guidance.

The main room is very beautiful and they gave a complimentary dessert and card which was a sweet touch. I enjoyed my food, but the lemon butter prawns were especially a standout! I loved that the steaks were not over-seasoned so you really got the flavor from the cuts. I’d definitely revisit to try other items.

Also, FYI-not sure if it was due to our group size(~9 ppl), but there was a 20% gratuity automatically added along with 3% facilities fee. Valet was $20.“

“We had the fried green tomatoes as our first appetizer. They were tender and topped with lumps of crabmeat. Spectacular! Then we had the fried cheese appetizer. I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. My filet medallions were so tender,they melted in my mouth. Hubby got the pork loin over mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and loved it. We will definitely come back!“

“We had an excellent experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in Columbia, MD, especially given that we came in with a large party of 16. The staff was able to accommodate us without issue, which we truly appreciated.

Our waitress did an outstanding job—she kept all of the orders organized and accurate despite the size of our group, checked on us consistently, and made sure refills were provided without us having to ask. The food came out promptly and hot, and everything was exactly as ordered.

Overall, the service was smooth, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Managing a large party isn’t easy, but they handled it seamlessly. We had a great experience!“

“I took my dad tonight for Father’s Day and it was very busy. We were told an hour and half wait so we waited. From the crew at the reservation desk to the lady who took is us to our table and Evan our waiter everything was awesome. Even with being crazy busy service was great and food was great. “I’m only speaking to the ribs. This is my second time in life going to an Outback. The first time was 20+ years ago and all I knew was that I didn’t need to go back. I was told to give it a second chance. I asked if the ribs were good and was assured that they were. My server DID NOT LIE!!!! The ribs SLAPPED!!! I can’t wait to go back for more. Probably won’t ever order anything else cause I don’t like to gamble with my own money but I will forever and always pause the ribs as long as they continue to bless me! Oh and the Shirley Temple was really on point too…something nice to wash it all down.“
