“We were seated immediately upon arrival using the call ahead feature. The food was awesome, and the Sangria Margarita is DELICIOUS!!!! The only thing I can say that was not 5 star is that we asked for more bread twice before our server brought it to the table. Otherwise, the service was great, and she was very attentive time to our needs.“
“My best friend and I had the pleasure of dining at OutbackSteakhouse on Thursday, April 4, 2024 for dinner. The food was great, however, the customer service from our server Koda awesome. Koda, attended to our needs and was on point with his service. Not only did he provide awesome service to us, but to all the diners he served. I feel it's important to always let the server and manager know when great customer service is provided, which we did. Servers have a hard position and when you come across one who goes above and beyond, let them know verbally and by leaving them a great tip. Koda is one of those servers. The service provided that evening, made my best friend and I set up another time to have dinner at the Outback in Owings Mills.“
