“I frequent the Subway at Joint Base Andrews (350 Fetchet Avenue) about two to three times a week, and I can honestly say the customer service here is outstanding. Evelyn and Carla, in particular, consistently make this location special.

They are always polite, patient, and genuinely welcoming. What really sets them apart for me is that they’ve helped me while I’m learning Spanish. They never make it awkward or rushed — instead, they’re encouraging, kind, and willing to engage, which has meant more to me than they probably realize.

It’s rare to find employees who combine professionalism with warmth and cultural openness the way they do. Because of Evelyn and Carla, this Subway feels less like a quick stop and more like a positive part of my routine.

She went to panda express last and told the manager my husband is diabetic . he gave her a bottle of orange juice. And told her to give it to me. His shop had not opened yet but he still gave her the juice. Where the other food places told her no we r not open. When i recovered i went to panda ex to eat food and stablise my sugar. The manage then asked me was i ok now. And he refused to take money for the orange juice. Wow what a man. I can see why he is the manager.“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

“Great quality and quantity for the price. You can get a chicken shawarma bowl with delicious saffron rice for $10 with 6 toppings, choice of meat, and 2 sauces and they are generous with all.

My only complaints were that I thought the beef shawarma was a little chewy and there were no water cups.“

There was outdoor seating enjoyed by many, but we chose to sit indoors and people-watch in the charming, bustling area on a Sunday afternoon. Great experience as out-of-towners!“

“My husband, son and myself ran into a little bad luck and had our truck breakdown by the Brandywine Chick-fil-A. Situation could not be worse due to us being so far from home and having a camper attached to us. We had to unhook the camper and take the truck to a local mechanic shop and just wait. That’s when the GM Mr. Alan saw us sitting in the heat and stopped by to check on us. He listened to our story and with a little push he convinced us to come to his store and eat some lunch. We were afraid to leave the camper due to someone possibly stealing it and he even insisted on parking his vehicle in front so no one would be able to get to it. My husband was the stubborn one and still insisted on staying with the camper but he made my son and I go and sit in the A/C. He then treated us to lunch which was completely not necessary but a blessing at the same time. I am not sure when I will be in the area again but I know if I ever am again. This location will certainly get our business. The entire staff was so sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!“

“Atmosphere and food was good, the only complain is that I'm waiting at the pick up area for my food and the cashier turns around and looks at me but doesn't greet or ask me if I need anything. Mind you he doesn't have a single customer waiting to get their order taken, it's just me and 2 other persons waiting for their orders. So in conclusion the cashier and other staff continue talking among themselves and I'm still patiently waiting for my food. Plus I can see my order in the counter all ready, so I just wanted anyone to hand it to me. After like 4 minutes I decide to speak up and ask if someone is helping at the pick up area so then he finally walks over and helps me. “I'm not a big fan of chicken tenders, but this place is my exception. They're cooked just right, super tender and seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of crunch. The fries are always fresh and they're not stingy with the portions. They give you your money's worth. The wait may be a bit long, but it's worth it to have cooked to order freshness. The tea or lemonade is nicely sweetened. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a nice experience.“

“The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a special coffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son’s missing stuffed animal and while we didn’t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black cat at this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. The fish was phenomenal and is the reason that I'm rating them five stars . On the other hand , I didn't care for the collard greens or macaroni and cheese (this could be due to biased taste buds) , there's a specific taste that I go for when eating greens and macaroni and cheese and the taste preference depends on where the cooks of these dishes originate . It wasn't nasty just not to my liking. That fish ? though ... OMG!!! I'll definitely be ordering from there again , I'll try different sides next time .“
