“This deli is great! I was recommended by a friend to try it out and I am so glad we did. One of my children has a mammal protein allergy and this place has wonderful alternatives. My mother and I had the lox and bagel and I will be back as soon as possible. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice, not just simply polite. The chef was personable as well as professional. He knew all the makings of his ingredients, and with food allergies that is very helpful. The dining area is clean, classic, and cozy. Thank you to everyone who made this a wonderful brunch.”

“We live a few miles away and we've enjoyed several French restaurants in this building for almost two decades. The current owners have truly outdone all the prior owners. This is not the first time we've been here under current management, but last night was the best experience ever!My husband and I enjoyed (a split portion of) the soup of the day, chicken soup with lots of vegetables, followed by the Norwegian salmon. Every component was beautifully cooked - my husband's medium and my medium-rare were perfect with skin so crunchy my husband didn't even remove it; the asparagus was cooked al dente as it should be, the mashed potatoes were tasty, and the ravigote sauce provided the perfect acidic counterpoint. Last but not least, our espresso martinis were great - perfect choice of cinnamon variety and amount.Our server, Taylor, was personable and professional, and made sure that food and drinks were served promptly and as ordered.As someone with a gluten intolerance, I was grateful that Taylor gave me choices and placed the GF bread order early enough that it arrived together with the regular bread. For the first time ever in this restaurant, my husband and I were able to share the three different kinds of butters without my having to beg him to save some for me! (Note: he rarely eats butter.) “I had an absolutely delightful 2 pieces of cappuccino milk chocolate truffles, the creamiest caramel frappe of my life and the best bacon, egg and cheese on potato bread -with the THICKEST bacon- from a restaurant EVER!!! I was told at the nearby gym that I absolutely HAD to try this place and I'm here to tell you... They didn't lie!!! GET IN HERE!! They have the cutest lil spot to sit and people watch the parking lot while you eat also! Enjoyed my time here even more knowing that this benefits the lovely ladies in recovery in the local area. Nice, clean, and spacious establishment nestled between a Mexican restaurant on one side and an Italian restaurant on the other side. With ample parking.Such a freshly made selection of dessert inspired cookies, fresh ground coffee, fresh hot teas, and many vegan selections. Glad Hagerstown has a lovely place(the isn’t always downtown )with great fresh baked goods and creative eats. Love, love, love the cakes in a can. “Found this place after cycling on the C&O, and I am so happy I did. Derek was behind the counter and my food was ready fast.The food is terrific, the “spicy spice” sauce is yum, beef brisket and jalapeño sausage are perfect.Seriously, try the sausage!This BBQ spot is now my permanent carry out after cycling in Williamsport. It’s rare to find such good food like this. This is not hyperbole. Taste the sausage and see for yourself.”

“What crab cake? It is more like a generous portion of seasoned lump crab, no breading to be found, and it is incredible. (We skipped the sandwich fixins too since we were ordering so much food) The soup! Most spots either do a creamy style or a tomato style - they do both so well, and they sell a half and half mix which I highly recommend. It was so decadent and warming after a chilly hike on part of the AT nearby. The crab dip was amazing, and the texture of the chips they serve it with is out of this world. The hush puppies are a must too imo. Cannot wait to return to this little gem. Makenzie gave us recommendations and took our order at the register, brought our food and anything else we needed, bussed the tables, swept the floors! Its rare to see someone run the front of the house on their own like that, it was cool to sit and eat in Makenzie’s hospitality :) 10/10”

“This place is amazing: friendly, fast service, low prices, and HUGE portions! The ice cream is delicious and they have a really good selection of flavors. My daughter tried black cherry ice cream for the first time and raved about it so much that she begged us to drive the 90+ miles to visit again. It's honestly so good that I think the drive is worth it, too! It was a highlight of our weekend trip.”

We chose two regular menu items and two specials. All were nicely prepared with portion sizes just about right. Wines by the glass and bottle were well chosen to compliment the menu. Our desert was shared, quite rich. Closed out the evening with a cappuccino. We noticed that a small bar that could seat four people was full offering a walk-in option; although on a Tuesday evening table were available. Worth noting that like so many restaurants here, parking is on the street.”

“Based upon their review photos of a chicken dish, I decided to give this place a try today. I had the stew chicken with rice & beans, cabbage, plantains and sauce. Everything was delicious and the portions were very generous. Not too spicy, but not too bland either. That meal could easily have fed 2 people. I have walked by this place 100 times thinking it was just a coffee shop. I wish they had pictures of their signature dishes up on the wall to entice more customers. I hope this restaurant thrives so I can eat here every time we visit the mall.”
