Yesterday, I finally gave in to the craving and boy, am I glad I did!I ordered a shrimp taco bowl and a beef burrito, and the lovely lady in the truck was incredibly pleasant. She took my order with a smile and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I received my food, it looked absolutely mouth-watering, and the taste did not disappoint!Both the burrito and the shrimp taco bowl were incredibly well-balanced and full of flavor. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the seasoning on the beef was simply divine. We really had an awesome experience, and we'll definitely be visiting 3 Hermanos more frequently now.One thing to note about the burrito – the white sauce was delicious, but be careful .... I got 5 tacos with rice and beans for myself and one other person, and we had a ton leftover. And it was only $22! I’d love to go back and try some of the sopas. I got my order for takeaway, but there’s a few tables inside as well. Will definitely be returning to this local, family spot :)“

This is a business, and such behavior should not be tolerated by the staff. Proper training is needed to prevent this from happening, as it creates an uncomfortable dining environment.

That said, the food is outstanding. If you can overlook the slightly rundown ceiling and the issues with pandering and loitering, you’ll likely enjoy the experience. The music is played at a reasonable volume, though it’s surprising they haven’t invested in a streaming service and claimed it as an operating expense to prevent constant advertisements.

In short, the food is excellent, but the atmosphere leaves much to be desired.
