“Totally disappointed by the serving team at this location tonight. All employees should know this location is busy during Rush hour. STOP standing around talking instead of be READY to serve customers. After sitting in line 20 min and then arriving at the window only to be asked to PARK! OHHH NO!
I asked for refund and MAGICALLY the food is READY! Several of the team members making negative comments about my refund request. Only ONE YOUNG man apologized for NOT being READY. DRIVE THRU is there for a reason!
Get home, NO CONDIMENTS in the bag. No salad dressing. No extra TORTILLA Chips. All thing that SHOULD BE in the bag. That is OKAY. I Will NOT go there again. Neither will my family, friends and hopefully any who is READING!“

Mango salsa was the best I’ve had. We also ordered the BBQ bowl. I wouldn’t change a thing in it. Try the Red Rice. It’s really good. Staff was quick, explained the menu and ordering process and also offered a taste of you weren’t sure you’d like something. 10/10. I’ll be back again.“

The food was really good. I do have a few personal critiques I could mention, but overall it was enjoyable and worth the wait.
Speaking of the wait, definitely bring your patience. There seemed to be a disconnect between the servers, kitchen, and host stand. We had a 1:00 PM reservation for the buffet-style breakfast but weren’t seated until around 1:30–1:40, despite several open tables. When we finally got to the buffet, most of the food was gone and we had to wait for it to be replenished.
While the service issues could use improvement, I still recommend giving them a try.“

However, the cashier was nice enough to notify the manager and the manager gave me a discount after I showed him my email with the rewards information. This showed that the cashier and manager went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer services. And the meal, as always, was great!!!!“

“The first time I came here with friends I got the Old Bay fries and stayed for about an hour. The fries were good, but it didnt seem like they tossed them in the seasoning, just dumped it on, so it was concentrated in some spots and lacking in others. The second time I came, it was after 10:30, and I was turned away at the door because they start checking IDs at that time. Apparently they won't give people Xs or stamp their hands, they just don't let you come in if you're under 21. Not appreciated, and I hope they consider adjusting that policy as a respectable establishment on the block.“

And when you ask for it, they don't want to give it to you. And even when they have given it to me, they do it as if it were a courtesy. It's included in the price. If you explicitly say you don't want a drink, that's fine, but it's not always like that. And some employees should be more courteous in these situations.“

The bartenders are always very nice, the host is always pleasant, & one can always find the manager walking around if needed. This Ruby Tuesday seems to have stood the test of time & the only chain bar in the immediate area. Burgers, wings, steaks & and the pastas are my favorite! The weekday drink specials are such a good deal & if you have the Ruby Tuesday app even better BC there are deals everyday (ex: BOGO, buy one get 2nd for $3, $10 off, free drinks, steaks @ $10, etc....). Between the app deals & the daily drink specials, my bill never comes out to more than $45!!!“

“The food is really good the Mac and cheese was my favorite probably because it was unexpected from a restaurant but it really is homemade (like Thanksgiving homemade)!

My only complaint is that the rice was a little hard and the customer service with the checkout personnel was inattentive I’m big on customer service interactions when I’m spending my money somewhere. (Could be I came 20 mins after opening) They were although kind in greeting and departure

Other than that the oxtails were very tender (fall off the boat melt in your mouth type) and meaty avoiding much fat that’s usually with this meal from other places , and I believe the portion were okay for the price. The gravy was well seasoned.

I had the agave vanilla soda with a splash of root bear, IT WAS SO GOOD! Never had it before.

Overall the atmosphere is good , has lots of seating in an open area with a TV, I watched a basketball game as I ate. Music was ofcourse Caribbean music which I enjoyed also.Food was also really hot and ready to serve no wait! Meal Price ~ 27$

“Atmosphere and food was good, the only complain is that I'm waiting at the pick up area for my food and the cashier turns around and looks at me but doesn't greet or ask me if I need anything. Mind you he doesn't have a single customer waiting to get their order taken, it's just me and 2 other persons waiting for their orders. So in conclusion the cashier and other staff continue talking among themselves and I'm still patiently waiting for my food. Plus I can see my order in the counter all ready, so I just wanted anyone to hand it to me. After like 4 minutes I decide to speak up and ask if someone is helping at the pick up area so then he finally walks over and helps me. I don't like to complain but like come on, just hand me my order and I'll leave. Overall I still plan to go back to this location.“
