“Steak stroganoff - Very inconsistent at this location compared to others. The dish wasn't even mixed. It was a pile of noodles dry and stuck together, with a scoop of sauce on one side on top. And a bunch of shredded meat instead of pieces of meat. Didn't finish eating it, very displeased.“

“I ordered a very large order for a company event from this Potbelly, and they are just AMAZING! Mage, the manager, was so awesome during the entire process. She was communicative, gave me updates and details when needed, and walked me through the entire process. She had no problem with such a large order (85 sandwiches) and had her wonderful staff get it all together! I spoke with a gentleman on the phone day of the event to make sure all was good to go, and he was also great. Their delivery service drivers were also exceptional.

“I actually have great experiences at this Wayback burger. I used to get the kid’s meal until the cashier pointed out a deal that was cheaper. I don’t know how many of their burgers I have eaten, but they are always fresh and delicious. The staff is happy and friendly. I should try some of the other stuff, but the basic burger is good. Sad to see there are some negative reviews on here. I see the owners are selling this location.“

“I visit usually once per week. Staff is always very friendly and presentable. Food is very consistent, one of the better fast food choices in SOMD for sure. Occasionally they're quick to change the breakfast menu when there are a lot of vehicles in line (some wanting breakfast!), other than that, the service is usually very good.

Mobile-thru is a joke. You can roll up and place an order in one second because… everybody on earth uses the app in 2026. Open both lanes to mobile orders so we don’t have to spend 17 minutes waiting in line.“
