“First, this Panera location always makes the best Mediterranean Salad w/ Chicken.(I've tried others) My most recent order was a big disappointment... only a few small pieces of chicken, no Arugula, just romaine lettuce and very few olives. What's up?“
“I can't believe I've passed Spring Cafe hundreds of times but never thought to pop in. I'm glad I finally did.The cafe is lovely and vibrant inside and out.l and the owner was quiet but friendly.I ordered a little bit of everything--lamb stew, beef stuffed dumplings, air fried fries, apple/mango juice and milk, and veggie stuffed bread. It was quite tasty especially after you add salt and pepper. (I suspect that things are deliberately made mild to avoid scaring people away but that's just a hunch. )I definitely recommend making a stop for the ambiance and people watching alone--the food is the cherry on top. Be mindful that the air fried fries take about 15 minutes. That just gives you more time to chat.“
“What a find. Lots of good bakeries but this place is elite. There’s always a line out the door as there are specific times in the day the breads will be baked. Check their website for details. Otherwise you very well could end up getting there when no inventory is left. This place is awesome.“
“I’m so glad there is an AMAZING bingsoo place in the city. The owners are so nice and sweet. Perfectly sized bingsoo with milky shaved ice and toppings (the ice is made out of oat milk so it’s extra creamy). We also got a sweet red bean bunggeopang/taiyaki and that tasted great! Definitely will come back for a “
“I stopped by yesterday after leaving the vet with my dog and my mom. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the very friendly staff. The cinnamon roll, confetti muffin, and iced coffee were great! My dog was also given a pup cup. I'm really excited for the weather to warm up so I can sit outside and enjoy their patio space. I can see myself stopping by more often in the future.“
“We ordered carryout and bought the shrimp with crab meat and grits. It was seasoned extremely well and hands down some of the best grits ever. The honey French toast was extremely good. The scrambled eggs were bland andThe bacon was OK. The seafood salad was also seasoned well.I am taking one star off because the portion sizes were SMALL. For $26.99 we expected a larger amount for the grits. Instead we received a sm-iny bowl of grits that was more like an appetizer. We could have gotten two large size bowls from elsewhere for that price as we've done before. The shrimp salad portion was small too. Even the amount of chips included were like 1/2 cup. The French toast was average size, and not big and fluffy like some other places. Would we spend $70+ here again for the portions we received? I doubt it.“
“Used the self service kiosk to place my order. Got a customized standard sized açaí bowl with added fruit. Fruit were fresh, staff were friendly and they offer free wifi and a nice seating area. Located in Elvation Park, definitely recommend over tropical smoothie cafe.If I were to be picky, I would like to see the honey to be self applied rather than paying extra as well as chia seeds being available for self pour (unless it was available and I didn’t see it)Nonetheless still a solid place!“
“The owner is awesome. He greeted us when we walked in and prepared all the food. We both got Italian subs, and agree it's the best we've ever had. Very reasonable too, it was only $7.99 for a full size sub. We will definately be going back.“
“Awesome service and food with reasonable prices to match. I have been going here for pretty much a year. Excellent options for food no matter the time of day. Service has always been impeccable. Only problem that exist is that I can never get enough. Just try one of their Neicy Wraps and you'll understand. Best find, ever.Vegetarian options: Food can be made the way you ask. And the seasonal soups when available are delicious.“
“Probably the greatest French toast I've ever had, additionally, the other food looked great. Amazon service, not a long wait, and the restaurant looks and feels great. overall, 10/10 would recommendDietary restrictions: They did ask for dietary restrictions/allergies“
“Amazing, delicious and interesting (in a good way). The owner and Chef has created a summer brunch menu with fresh ingredients and twists on old favorites like Shrimp and Grits. Wonderful, cozy atmosphere and outstanding service match the Chefs incredible talents.“
“1:39 4 ..ll 5G§ 83 < Reviews Koba Café First coffee shop of 2023! Koba is a cozy shop on the corner. The young lady at the counter was friendly. She was familiar with the two customers in front of me. It definitely had a neighborhood friendly vibe. The shop was busy. Most of the tables on the first floor were taken up when I was there. Be sure to take a stroll up the stairs. At the top of the stairs was an adorable little spot for two people to sit and chat. The second floor has a great little area to sit and ready or study. The top floor was full of light. I ordered my usual cortado. It was a solid drink. The cortado wasn't bad but it also wasn't anything spectacular to write home about.“
“My mom and I went flea market shopping and when hunger struck, we turned to Google for breakfast recommendations. Spoon restaurant exceeded our expectations with its amazing food. We were promptly seated around 10:00 AM, and I'm already planning to return next Saturday.“
“Very delicious food!!! Must try chicken and waffle, started with Bloody Mary, this one made just right, good spicy taste not overly spicy hot. Jalapeno butter so different on waffle but it works so well favors. Waffle so fluffy yet crispy on the outside, so good. Ruben sandwich with collard greens as a side, corned beef so well done tasty, collard green cooked just right, not too salty or soggy. French toasts and pancakes with fresh strawberries and banana also good choices. Only complaint I have is they don’t do dinner lollll“
“Finally got to try this place last week. What a cute little establishment. The interior is done so well and the ambiance is just fantastic. The staff were very welcoming. We tried two of their bagel sandwiches, can't remember which ones now (pesto something and egg/cheese combo) - both were fantastic. I would definitely recommend at least based off this experience. Can't wait to come back and try their lunch or dinner menu. Prices are on par to other places in the neighborhood, as are their portions.“
“This place is amazing. Their empanadas are absolutely the best in Maryland. Their Dominican steak bowl is AMAZING. The Korean bbq steak bowl… AMAZING!! My only complaint is their steak sub. While it was TOTALLY delicious, it was very small for $12. It was sooo good I wanted more.“
“I have loved every tea from Wight Tea Company, from their loose leaf to their matcha. Brittany is friendly and communicative, and when I ordered matcha for the first time I even got a discount card. I always enjoy shopping local and plan to continue buying my tea from this team. :)“
“Everything is fantastic! From breakfast sandwiches (and plates) to lunch specials. The food tastes great, you are usually in and out very quickly, and they have fantastic memories and will greet you by name. I ended up with Covid, my last day of work was Nov 17th, and I did not come back until Jan 4th. They still remembered my order! "I" didn't even remember it!!! Always excellent. Highly recommend.“
“Reddit said this was the best breakfast sandwich and they were not lying. The Cuban is terrific. Ham, swiss, eggs, pickles and dijonnaise. Also the staff was terrific. They put milk and sugar in my coffee for me which I think is a little thing but really appreciate. I wish it was closer to my house or my office but I will be back soon.As a side note, it's something about this particular neighborhood that I have been to three restaurants that were located inside older apartment buildings. It's a vibe up there.“
“Really great service, a hipster vibe with tunes from late 80s to 2000s, and great coffee and food. Kid friendly.Kid-friendliness: Chill place where the staff know how to interact with kids. Not a "kid" place, but easy to dine in with our 2 and 9 year olds“
“Love this old town Ellicott city Café. It’s filled with characters and chill vibes.Even though it’s located on the edge of the old town. It does not make parking any easier. They do have their own little parking lot. However, given the amount of customers they have on daily base. This little parking lot is filled up fairly quick. Most of the time we have to look for parking on the side streetsThey have an extensive menu for sandwiches and coffee drinks. Also fresh pastries in the bakery displays. Tasty coffee, chai, & more.Friendly and efficient services. The favorite seats for most will be the ones close to the window. Just perfect… ☕️?Highly recommended by @winedinenvacay“
“This was my first time here and I wish I knew about this place before. I ordered a Big Blue Burger and it did not disappoint! The order was ready quickly and they seem like they know people by name. Service was very quick and friendly. I look forward to ordering from them again soon. Thank youParking: There was special parking for the deli.“
“Chill vibe, plenty seating and a nice patio !I got the pumpkin brûlée and it was the one ! So moist, sweet and fluffy. Beautiful presentation and the packaging is great too !Very nice service and welcomingOn the counter they have more pastries for a low price. I couldn’t resist an apple croissant and it was as crispy as it was flaky ! Truly a great treatParking: Lot of student housing and residential in the area“
“This is THE best tea shop on the East Coast. They have wonderful selections of rare, beautiful, fragrant teas. The green tea is delicate and aromatic. The black teas are delightfully full & perfect with, or without a meal. This shop is a GEM, & is located right here, in the Mnt Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore City.“
“Went by today for the first time and the employees could not have been nicer or more informative. They took their time to describe the different teas they had available and made recommendations based on my taste. The tea was delicious and service outstanding. It’s great to have this new small business in the area.“
“We recently discovered Sweet 27, had driven by many times but never stopped. We were getting tired of our same favorite spots and decided to try something new. They did not disappoint! Family owned, which we love supporting. Food was very good and different things on the menu that I had not seen on other Indian restaurant menus. Vegan bakery is excellent! Highly recommend trying! One of the owners helped us so kind and warm.“
“We love this place, we started coming since they opened, we used to go to café EZ 1 in Ellicott City, but we like this one better as has more space and more tables. All servers, and personnel are polite, always with good vibe. Food is great, they have a lot of options available. We like to come for Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch. But this place has all day Breakfast options. So, if you are like me, you can enjoy a great selection of pancakes at noon ?.The only thing we don't like much are the prices, but everything is expensive nowadays, right? So, I don't blame this place for rising their prices as food is 98% of the times delicious. Coffee is also great, kind of the same price as Starbucks :( but is good coffee. They have also smoothies which are also delicious and other "adult" drinks for a happy hour... Burgers, salads, wraps, all I've tried here has been if not delicious, great or good. We have never experienced any bad time.Just the heads-up, this place can be crowded, so expect some waiting time at lunch or around 9-10 for breakfast during weekends. ?Vegetarian options: Crepes, salads, etc. Vegan options as well.Parking: Plenty of parking“
“A little disappointed this time around.I ordered the Brie and ham cheese and a latte. Their coffee hits the spot every time. But I just paid $9 for something a mom makes for her kids lunch. (I mean no offense)And the amount of Brie is very little, at least spread it around.I also waited like, 10min after ordering for “the bread to be toasted”. My sandwich did not see an oven, it’s straight out of the bread bag.Sauce was good, but overall meh. Not worth $9.I’ll continue to come here for coffee, latte was awesome.Update 2/18/24:Coffee is perfect as usual, got the hot honey chicken sandwich which is pretty good. Wish there was a bit more honey or more spice to it but nonetheless it’s good.Owners were quick to the draw to help me figure out what to do about my last order, and I am super appreciative of them.“
“We live around the corner and come here often. If we were farther away we’d come here often. We love the laid back ambiance, the food, and the friendly staff. It’s especially nice for me as a vegetarian, but they also have great food for omnivores and in between folks. We don’t have our favorites most anything on the menu is great.“
“I have to start off by saying Mrs Grace's wings are so very good. The food here is just good. So whatever you order you'll like. I couldn't imagine anything leaving that kitchen bad. The service. We were made to feel as if we were long time customers. (we are not) It's totally worth a two hour drive from anyone's home who likes the real deal. And if you're traveling. It's an easy on and off the highway.“
“It's the best burger in Federal Hill and comes with the most amazing potatoes and a green salad. Friend ordered the same and both of our burgers we're cooked perfectly to the temperature we asked. Everything about Sobo is welcoming and the food is always delicious.“
“If you're looking for the BEST brunch in all of Baltimore, come here! The portion sizes are HUGE and everything is very reasonably priced. And the food is SO good. There was a wait to get in, but they move fast and it's worth it anyhow. If you're looking for brunch in Fed Hill, come here! They don't do alcohol, so if that's what you're looking for you might not want this, but if you're looking for friendly servers, great food, and a great vibe, this is the place for you!“
“I come here for taiyaki! Their oreo and cannoli cream one are so good. They even serve boba tea! Dairy and non dairy. The young lady in there is very friendly and helpful. She has successfully helped me try new things and explained them to me every time I go.“
“My friends and I love Ocha Mocha! The vibes of the place are so good, and they play the most interesting music! It's a versatile place; you can go with friends and hangout, or go alone and get some work done. The staff are all friendly, coffee is great, and the food is pretty good, too. My go to oder is an Iced Ocha Mocha with almond milk. It never misses! Parking can be tricky, but there is a lot you can pay to park in if you are not able to park on the street. The only downside was that our food did take about 20 minutes because they had forgotten about it. It was worth the wait, though!“
“We stopped in for a very nice dinner in a casual restaurant. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. We had lamb and chicken Schwarma and both thought it was very good. The fatoosh salad and hummus was also excellent. We were very glad we stopped.“
“If you want to support a local family restaurant run don’t walk to Martha’s cafe. Food is fabulous ! Staff is friendly with exceptional service. The only minus was we sat in a booth and one side of it seemed like it was going to break when my boyfriend sat down. He sat next to me which was no problem , plenty of room for both of us.“
“Chain-store vibes but a better selection and quality than your Panera's. Harbor location is very nice.Vegetarian options: Their only vegan friendly item according to the server was, iirc, the focaccia bread. Plenty of non-meat dishes for vegetarians.“
“This place has a great atmosphere. I didn’t try any food options, but the drinks were great! I loved my hot chocolate, and my friend had a wonderful coffee. It was a great place to work as well- accessible seating and outlets were available. The staff was friendly and helpful.“
“Good food, but everything was beige. A bit of color or garnish would have made everything more interesting.Given the number of coffee drinks they have, it was surprising that they didn’t have a basic iced coffee.Restaurant was bright , clean and we had enough space, but music was very loud.“
“This is a phenomenal, hole-in-the-wall cafe that reminds me of New York! The owner is very friendly and has been here since 1992. The food is fresh, tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. We were shown excellent customer service and attention. I cannot recommend this place enough!Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp in front that goes up to the main door.“
“Major props for treating gluten free bread as the half-sized slices they are. This is the first place I've been to that spreads the sandwich contents across two small sandwiches. Every other place either attempts to stuff the insides onto puny slices (rarely) or more likely, simply gives you less. In those places, not only are you paying through the nose for GF bread, but you then get less food for the privilege. NOT SO at Atwater's. On top of delicious creations, you also get generous servings and can enjoy your meal like anyone else. Coincidentally had two meals in 3 days here and will be back!Dietary restrictions: GF“
“Absolutely adorable cafe with excellent customer service! Food and coffee was excellent. This is a hidden gem! We had the Easter special French Toast stuffed with carrot cake and it was heavenly! The crispy chicken picante and fries were perfect!“
“The view is phenomenal -- even on an overcast rainy day. But don't just go for the view -- I was happily surprised at how good the food was: branzino, short rib, mushroom soup -- all outstanding. We also had the lobster pasta -- the pasta was perfect, the bits of lobster were a little overcooked for my taste. And we had the bread basket, which I thought was pricey ($14 for bread), but it was delicious and plenty to share for 3 (or 4) people.“
“It is the first time I bought crabs from B & B. It has a high rating and I thought, why not try this place? I usually buy crabs from Crab Shack II in Gwynn Oak.Well, I have to say, the taste of the crab meat, exceeds my expectation. The crab meat has a tinge of spice in it. It is not hot, just perfect, to taste some spice in the meat. The comments I heard at the table, "crabs are meaty", "it taste so good".I placed the order for 4 dozen crab (2 dozen males and 2 dozen combo, small and medium) the night before . It rain all day the next day. B & B called me to confirm the order. I changed the time for pick up, added 15 minutes to the time. I picked up the crabs and it is steaming hot. Perfect! They definitely accommodate customers--even on flood watch. Why didn't I give them a 5* for service? They only sell by the dozen. So, if you are looking to buy crabs at half bushel or full bushel, look elsewhere. It has a decent size parking lot where you can park and wait for your order. I did like the fact that I was the only customer waiting for crabs. I came early because of weather. Though I can imagine what parking, looks like, in great weather.“
“Good vegan options for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Decent place to bring your Omni friends where you know you’ll be able to eat. Service has been friendly and attentive. Coffee/lattes are good. They usually have Vegan Treats from PA which is rad.“
“We had our daughters bridal shower their on Saturday March 4th. It was for 50 people. The food and the service was excellent. They went above, what we expected. The chef came out spoke to us and assisted in any way they could. The service was wonderful. If you are looking for a venu to host a party, "Hull Street Blues " is it. Wonderful, wonderful, service and great people !“
“Truly excellent bread, perfect balance of crusty shell and soft, light crumb inside, even the rye! I can't describe how delicious the carrot cake was, just try it you won't regret it. I am so glad to find this excellent, local, and multicultural bakery! If I lived closer I'd actually go every “
“I am highly impressed with the level of service and food quality at this Caffe. The place has a divvy feel to it. I loved the quirky decor and the humous conversation between the cook and the man in front. They were so friendly and in sync, I could not tell if they were co-owners. I kept it simple: classic breakfast and a more "trendy" beverage. Nailed both. At any other place, I would've paid $6 for the spiced chai tea close to $20 for the breakfast. Here. Less than $20 for both. For me, the best part of the service was hearing what I wanted and serving it right, 10/10 recommend“
“While I don't have breakfast frequently, being in a hotel without one included, I decided to look around for a good place for breakfast. Could have easily gone to a big chain, but I wanted to support some local. I happened to find this little diner on US 1. After getting turned around a couple times, I found this diner. The atmosphere is about what you expect for a small diner; nothing fancy but it works. Other than a couple of the stools needing their cushions replaced, nothing to complain about.Could have had scrapple again, but I went with something a little safer. I had the French toast with bacon and added two over-easy eggs to that. The French toast was nice and fluffy and the right amount of cinnamon and powdered sugar. The bacon was nice and crispy and not burned and the eggs had the delightfully runny yolk for a fried over-easy egg.The staff at the diner was very cheerful and friendly and were happy to be there. They do lunch, too, so if you're a little late for breakfast, they do sandwiches, too.If you're looking for a place that isn't fancy and does the basics just right, definitely give Elkridge Deli Cafe a visit.“
“700 South was started many years ago when there were hardly any eateries or healthy choices for the many workers in the Linthicum/BWI area. The food has always been fresh and a good quality for the price. 700 South has continually maintained these attributes even today. Further, the employees, owners, and now their grown off-spring turned this into a very caring, quality business that strive for excellent service! This business thrives because of all these attributes from excellent food, great service, and fine detailed attention paid to each order! 700 South even has accolades for their food and has won cookoffs with their multiple prize-winning crab soup! Think what grandmom or mom cooked when you were little. So, if you haven't patroned this deli yet or placed a catering order, do yourself a favor and stop in and try their food. You won't regret it! Thank you 700 South for providing these healthy, quality options for workers for many, many years and for the excellent standards set that make customer order interactions and fulfillment a pleasure!Melenie - A Long time original customer who orders delivery for the job and take-out personally, quite often!!!!!!!!!!!Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich and salad selections. They are always willing to try and accomodate, remove, and/or add items to selected menu listings as pre-specified.Dietary restrictions: One only has to ask about dietary restrictions and reach out to 700 South. For the most part they accommodate and offer alternative suggestions any time they have been contacted. Those receiving special dietary restricted meals have always been pleased with the provisions and I do run into this often with catering orders for work.Parking: Parking at prime lunch time can be slim, but one just has to circle around and maybe walk a tad further. It is a small place and the access road has reasonable off the main drag parking.“
