“First of all the line wasn’t too bad at all! It looks intimidating when you walk up but things move relatively quickly and nobody seemed too bothered to be in line so that’s a confidence builder that the food is good. They have menus available outside so you can prepare what you want to order before you get inside. The options roll out at different times of the morning so the best times to arrive depend on what you’d like to order. We each got a coffee (a Japanese iced coffee and a dirty Horijita latte). Started with the Morning “Queen” which was like a crunchy croissant with wonderful fluffy interior. The almond croissant is definitely one of the best in the city with a great balance of crunchy, soft, buttery, and flaky textures with the classic buttery almond flavor. Finally the coconut chocolatine was the most unique, really beautiful textures and a nice combo of sweet and salty with the deep richness of chocolate binding everything together. I see why people love this place so much. Highly recommended!“

“For a brunch spot, it’s very quaint and nice inside, the food (I had the Elvis pancakes) were good, as well as the drinks. Only two drawbacks: It can get pricey (they charge $5 extra just for 3 slices of bacon if your meal doesn’t come with it, which is wild), and the diner’s demographics aren’t really diverse. Otherwise, it’s a nice spot with the biggest perk being all day brunch.“

“My husband and I made a wrong turn a few weeks back and happened to see this place called blendabowl. The following wk we decided to try them out and we are completely addicted!! The quality in the taste and freshness of the bowl we get exceeded our expectations. We get blue crush with shaved almonds granola blueberries bananas and Nutella def a must try😋 The place is always clean and the staff is excellent as well as management!! Enrique definitely runs a great establishment and if you have never tried blendabowl you are missing out. “Tried this place for the first time the other day and I'll definitely be back! I ordered the mushroom toast and a house drip coffee, and both were really good. The mushroom toast was delicious!!! I will be back to try the other toast options that caught my eye. I ordered online, and my order was ready right when it said it would be. The person working was also super nice and welcoming.“

“This place is amazing. Their empanadas are absolutely the best in Maryland. Their Dominican steak bowl is AMAZING. The Korean bbq steak bowl… AMAZING!! My only complaint is their steak sub. While it was TOTALLY delicious, it was very small for $12. It was sooo good I wanted more.“

“Very delicious and super accommodating of Celiac/gluten free! They have gluten free toast I subbed for with the eggs benedict. The breakfast potatoes are also gluten free and they offered to cook mine in a separate pan. No gluten free pancakes or biscuits but other than that many things can be made GF. Staff was super kind!

Smaller restaurant so there was a wait but you can get on the list and they’ll text when your table is ready. I must say their coffee wasn’t great.“

“When we lived in Maryland I bought all of our coffee from High Grounds. I have now moved to Georgia and wouldn't consider changing my coffee source. The main reason that one would go to a coffee roaster for the 2nd, 3rd or 99th time would be for the quality of the coffee, and any one who would rate High Grounds less than 5 star“

“My boyfriend and I were looking for a new brunch and coffee spot, and The Common Ground Cafe was a nice surprise! Their coffee is unique and tasty. The breakfast sandwiches were good too. I ordered their SW sando and my boyfriend got the Hampden sandwich. The candied bacon on the Hampden was sooo good! They’re also known for their s’more’s cookie. I recommend the place!“

She was familiar with the two customers in front of me. It definitely had a neighborhood friendly vibe. The shop was busy. Most of the tables on the first floor were taken up when I was there. Be sure to take a stroll up the stairs. At the top of the stairs was an adorable little spot for two people to sit and chat. The second floor has a great little area to sit and ready or study. The top floor was full of light. I ordered my usual cortado. It was a solid drink. The cortado wasn't bad but it also wasn't anything spectacular to write home about.“

“Everything was fantastic. The service was top tier (especially for Valentines Day), and the food was delicious. We got the bruschetta and meatballs for an appetizer, followed by the chicken piccata and gnocchi for our main dishes. The best part was the dessert, which was a homemade tiramisu (and it was the best tiramisu I've ever had). The food tastes great, you are usually in and out very quickly, and they have fantastic memories and will greet you by name. “We travel a lot for youth sports and breakfast is our favorite meal. We usually end up going to a different place each morning, but this cafe was delicious that we came right back. The iced coffees were tasty and the breakfast food was solid. They have classics, but then have fun specials too. We did a day of each and both were superb. “A well designed small space with an equally good ambient. Customer can have a very good view of the Hall with well maintained preparatory baking area and well displayed items. Some of the bakery items are unique with visual appeal amd taste. I have attached one photo of the item which I ordered. Even the sitting bench slopes towards the middle which is very convenient to sit and get up. Courier pickup segment seems to be well organised. Not a noisy environment. “This place was amazing we went 2 days in a row!!!
We were visiting Baltimore for an event and we're exploring some restaurants. For breakfast we chose Miss Shirleys and I can confidently say this is the best food I've had in a while, especially in breakfast category.
We had their chicken breast tenders and sweet waffles, fried green tomatoes, deviled eggs, brisket, and eggs with sausage. Food was amazing !!!!! I highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy delicious food and great atmosphere!!!“

“Stopped in last week and was overwhelmed with the options. I should have looked at the menu before I came in but it was a good problem to have. Very glad I found this place. Vigia was sweet, patient and a very welcoming employee at the register. I got the chicken Milano and it was 10/10. I ate it there and got a small sandwich to go (ham and Swiss) and couldn't have been happier with my early morning dining experience. The place is quiet and located in an office building. I have to try the rest of the menu..especially the bulgogi special. Whomever is behind this concept has done an excellent job and the employees are great at what they do.“

“A huge thank you to the folks at One World Cafe for coming to the Hopkins football tailgate crepe tent rescue. We discovered post game when it was time to start cooking for the team that we left our cooler of eggs and milk on the 7th floor of the Marriott parking garage. We had all the toppings but no crepe ingredients! Remembering all the great breakfasts I have had at One World (as a regular customer we have always received stellar service and food) I dashed across the street to see if they could spare some eggs and milk.
