“The staff always treat me and my family well! Service is quick and they often provide us with yummy appetizers on the house while we wait for our entrees. They even offer to take family pictures of us. We have had an array of foods on the menu from rice options, to noodles, to sushi, etc. and they all are amazing!

They aren’t always super busy (at least for dine-in) which makes a peaceful atmosphere.

“food and wine were good but the noise level in the one room where we were seated was way too loud. Particularly after one loud group joined, we could hardly hear each other talk, although we were across the room. They need to add some acoustical panels.“

I had the black lentil bolognese after sharing the guacamole toast (the guacamole is plentiful on top of the toast). The “indulgences” are always a perfect treat at the end, never overkill like desserts often are.“

“I tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich a couple weeks ago. Thought it was fantastic. We did it again last night and was super disappointed. I don't know if we ordered something incorrectly or it was made wrong. It seemed like there was no sauce at all. but we have ordered several times since then so 🤷 one off night but that sandwich has become my go to when ordering there.“

Seems kinda overpriced for the “fast food” experience, but if you sign up on their website you get a free welcome burger, so first trip will be cheaper lol. Lots of burger choices and cutomize-ability. I got a double cheeseburger and a crème brûlée milkshake. In retrospect I should’ve gotten a more interesting burger, but the milkshake was delicious and had a good consistency. Bf got a veggie burger on a chard leaf wrap, which is probably the healthiest option and was very flavorful. And green bean fries, which were a fun side option.“

Back in south India they had this local brand called Hangyo which churned out the best Belgian chocolate ice cream I've had in my life. Hangyo was immeasurably superior than the competition and I patronized that establishment quite frequently- much to my own detriment.

When I had a taste of the Tall Tale chocolate ice cream here it was the same moment; all over again. Identical in every fashion. I haven't had ice cream like that in 80 months. “We visited this evening. Food was fantastic! I really enjoyed the soup dumplings! The staff was super courteous. I had brought in dessert (a cake) from outside and they were super nice about it. “This used to be my favorite. I came in last Friday bought a 32 oz smoothie. I do love the smoothies and chocolate covered almonds. They no longer have styrofoam cups which is a great disappointment. B4 you even get 20 mins away anything is melted in those plastic cups. I even tried to refreeze it like I always do. But it was mostly sweet juice by the time I got home. Which means I wasted my money. I need a cup that works please smoothie king! I still recommend because this bothers me and may not bother others.“

“I never write reviews but the banh mi was so amazingly flavorful, I had to let others know! The bread was crispy on the outside, chewy and tender inside. The sandwich was filled from end to end with cool crispy pickled veggies and warm sliced lemongrass beef. “We have been to Asian Palace several times and we've always enjoyed our visits.

Since the pandemic, business seems to be off and on a Saturday evening at about 7:00 p.m., Asian Palace deserve to be a good deal more busy than it actually was. No problem getting a table right away at all.

The Chinese entrees we ordered were plentiful tasty and reasonably priced. Service was super-prompt and solid. We did not get sushi on this visit and our overall bill was really quite reasonable particularly given the location.

Somehow I believe that if Asian Palace were to relocate to some place with better foot traffic or a better Street front, they would be appreciably busier.

“We had eaten at this Owings Mills location when it was The Stanford Kitchen and Glenwood's is such a huge improvement. Lovely decor as in the Columbia, MD location. They don't have an extensive menu but what they offer is large portions and very tasty entrees. I had the Branzino special that was filleted with Orzo rice and asparagus. Everything was delicious. My husband liked his Rattlesnake Pasta. It was such a huge portion he barely finished 1/2 and had the leftover for Sunday dinner. Their skillet cornbread is so good I never need to add butter. A true test of good cornbread IMHO. This Owings Mills location is smaller than Columbia but everything else seems on par. We don't drink alcohol so I can't comment on that. The noise level was extremely loud, partly due to a large party seated in the middle of the restaurant. There must have been a professional comedian at their table because the laughs from that table were nonstop the entire time we were there.“
