“My family from out of town and I met up at Charlotte Hall, MD Arby's as a middle meeting point to sit down and exchange our Christmas gifts. The staff was so attentive, genuine and kind that it actually kind of blew our minds. We all said to each other that we felt like we were in some kind of twilight zone. It goes to show you how rare it is these days to enjoy a pleasant experience in a public place. This experience however was above and beyond anything we could have asked for from a dine in "fast food" restaurant. The manager on duty brought us cookies and ice creams for the kids - things we had never even ordered. My little nephew (of course not knowing any better) confidently requested a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich while we were all placing our orders at the register. The staff behind the counter thought this was the cutest thing. This led to the manager letting us know that "he is writing a letter to the owner to be sure a Peanut Butter and Jelly is on the menu for our next visit." My nephew wore the biggest smile after this was told to him. This was a tremendous evening with my family and we were - and still are - incredibly thankful for the 5-star exceptional service that was provided to us.Lastly, the food! Arby's food never disappoints. Always fresh and appetizing.“

“This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, hands down. The workers are the kindest people I’ve ever met working at a fast food restaurant, and the food is always just right. Their sweet tea is amazing, I will come here everyday just to get a sweet tea, and my youngest daughter when asked always wants to come to Taco Bell! They really take pride in their work. I appreciate all the workers at this location and they should be praised for their work ethic !

Kid-friendliness: My 8 year old loves this Taco Bell also. The workers are always kind to her , the 3 soft tacos are a perfect meal for her and she gets her frozen Baja blast and is the happiest thing ever .“

“My dad & I made quick stop to get something to eat cuz we happened to be there waiting for traffic lights to change. The service we got was so good. This is where they put FAST in front of Food. By the time I turned away to get my drink after paying, they were already standing there to give me our order. Loved it.“

“Went there today at 2pm. Line of 10 or so in line inside. One order taker Waited over 10 minutes and the same couple was still ordering!! Place was filthy with napkins and other trash on the floor!! They were overwhelmed 20 cars in drive thru. I left after 15 minutes in line. Franchise owner needs to step up!!!“

“Have you ever gone into a restaurant feeling bad. This night I went and I was feeling bad and the person who waited on me did great order was correct, timing was good, they went out of their why to give me extra pickles to eat. Clean and bathroom were clean. Not a lot of noise, just right for my night.

Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers only and great 👍 for me“

“First time there... Service was pretty good... place was clean and neat... unusual for Wendy's I've visited in Virginia. Food was pretty good... pricey. $46 for 2 adults, 2 kids.

Parking: Very tight... not much room. Backing out of a space can be dicey if the place is busy.“

“We ordered indoors at the counter. Chick-fil-A is our favorite fast food restaurant for several reasons. The chicken is moist. The sauces are delicious. They offer a gluten free bun. Usually, service is great with a polite, helpful staff. The drive-thru at this location has a tendency to be slower than other Chick-fil-A restaurants. I recommend going inside if the line is long.“

“I actually stopped eating out because of my health. But I will say the majority of the employees at this particular store are very nice and very helpful. Especially the girls. If it wasn't for my health I would buy from subway again because I actually love their food especially their cookies and their tuna subs.“
