Vegetarian options: Veggie sub options available however I am not a vegetarian and I have never tried their vegetarian options.

Parking: Plenty of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves their cookies and lemonade.

This one charges .50 most places charge zero. Some places charge 1.50. there's a training opportunity across the franchise.“

No rush, no “you’re bothering me” tone I hear at other places. Wamala (I think that’s the right spelling) greeted me at the window with a smile and quick service. “Classic Moby Dick. What you would expect if you walked into any of their stores. This one is small with only a few tables and it does feel pretty tight. There are 2 tables for outdoor seating which is nice! Navigating with a toddler is fun inside especially when we have to use the booster seat.“

The issue was user error. Long story short, I thought part of my order was missing so I went back to the restaurant and told them that I was missing part of my order. They took care of me right away with no problem. I’ve been to restaurants where, despite their mistake the customer service is still horrible and they take no accountability. This 5 guys location replaced my order instantly. When I got home I noticed I placed my Cajun fries in a different bag. Even though I made an honest mistake, kudos to this staff for their excellent service.“

The server who took our order was not exactly rude, but he was almost non-conversational and did not seem to want to be there at all. If it wasn't for him, we would have given a five star. Always friendly and has a giant smile on his face. I can not stress enough how much of a delight he is.
