“Very clean (even the bathrooms). The food was very good and they had a brand of lemonade I had never heard of that was AMAZING. The food was fresh and great and their delicious cookies ruined my diet haha. Two things to, the young blond working had a horrible attitude no smile no greeting and a bit aggressive. it was kinda hard to find (I was on a road trip) due to the sign not being lit probably. Overall definitely would go here for some quality subway.“

“Several months ago, my wife randomly craved Quiznos so we googled where the closest location was. To our surprise, there was still a Hagerstown location! Of all the surrounding areas, I was not expecting that.This is an outstanding privately run franchise by a wife and husband combo. They are quick, super friendly and the sandwiches are always delicious! We have been here numerous times now and it’s never been a bad meal.In my opinion, this is probably one of the best if not the best fast food run restaurants in Hagerstown. It’s always clean, quick and food quality is top notch.I believe the contributing factor that makes this restaurant so great is that the franchisees actually work there! Too many times company’s who do franchises like McDonalds, Subway and even Chic Fil-A, lose focus and who typically own these business are not involved in the day to day operations and could care less.Anyone who wants a great food experience - go here!!“

“Never ate here before. Love that they cut the meat when I ordered. There are lots of toppings to choose from and no extra charges. Giant sub and two drinks are perfect for sharing with two people. Will return again to try a different sub.“

“I'm not sure how they do it! The subs are fantastic and brought to me so quickly! They can be a little pricey but I don't mind paying it because of the speed and convenience. The delivery staff is always very friendly. Keep up the good work!“

“I got a sweet onion sub with chicken and I told the lady there what I wanted for my toppings and that I wanted tomato and instead they put mayonnaise. I think the staff is a little hard of hearing. So make sure that you shout your order in. I remember how Subway was 20 years ago to be honest but I do know that they felt like they were more filling so these are really have a lot of meat in them so you just need too add a lot of toppings.“

“One of the better Subways I have visited. Very clean, and great service with friendly staff. Food tasted great! I would come back here again. “Location is CLEAN. Staff is FRIENDLY. Sandwiches are FRESH. Very impressed with my experience here, service with a smile!! (I think anyway, they were wearing masks lol!) Never met a subway sandwich I didn't like, but that's because you get to call all the shots. The power is in your hands and falls on the ears of the artist. “Well it's Subway but the staff here are friendly and make a great sub. We where in rush and needed dinner and got a great meal here from a guy that has been making subs for 25 years. His recommendation for the meals we got were spot on. I will be going here again I am sure. Great job.“

Not sure why so many bad reviews, maybe don't go in at the last moment, if they haven't had 1 customer for a few hours befor closing, they start to close early. Not exactly a shocker.
