I had two incredible pupusas (based on past experience and my own cooking) with what looks to be homemade curtido and a chicken tamale (tamal de gallina) at Pupuseria La Familiar in College Park. $7 for all this. Definitely five stars. Happy to order before the lunch rush, lol.“

“My son and I visited El Golfo Restaurant last weekend. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful with reviewing the menu options. Our meals were generously sized and delicious. Live music was playing and a nice addition to the atmosphere. We would highly recommend this authentic and reasonably priced restaurant.“

“Excellent, efficient and clean establishment. Food was ready when I walked in to pick it up at 10-15 min after I placed the order. The Tejas BBQ brisket taste was fantastic. The SriPraPhai drunken noodles with tofu was so-so. Its taste profile was more like Pad Thai than drunken noodles I have had from prior restaurants, so would not get this again. The taste wasn't bad, but not what I expected. Overall, I would still return and try this food concept chain again (similar to a food court in a mall with many restaurant options but with a small pick up window and assembly room in the back).“

I placed a take out order, I got the beans and cheese pupusas. It was a long wait but the outcome was UHMAZING! The pupusas were stuffed to the max, love that! I got a free Horchata on the house cuz of the long wait so that was nice. Everyone was very friendly!

“Cool concept it’s like +6 kitchens in 1. They offer a lot of different promos on social media. From Alana pizza, I ordered the burrata and the bacon pesto pizza. The burrata was really fresh and I enjoyed the pesto pizza. From Di Fara pizza, I ordered the pepperoni, sausage and meatball pizza. Not sure if it was dough or the pizza was undercooked, but I wish there was more of a crisp to the crust. I found myself chewing longer than expected.

Location was really clean and ordering via the app was easy. There’s plenty of street parking around the shopping center. Prices are high for the area. I would definitely be back to try some of the other restaurants.“

“I have enjoyed this place many times. The staff is welcoming and always making sure everything is good. I always enjoy their sizzling fajitas and delicious soups. Everything is always fresh and tasty. I definitely also recommend this place for a night out - they have great music and drink. “Great spot for affordable, authentic Latin food. I loved all the veggies and peppers on the tacos I ordered, and the frijoles refritos were SO flavorful. I got 5 tacos with rice and beans for myself and one other person, and we had a ton leftover. And it was only $22! I’d love to go back and try some of the sopas. I got my order for takeaway, but there’s a few tables inside as well. Will definitely be returning to this local, family spot :)“
