“As four guests visiting for the first time, we all thought the food was great. Service was slow to order a beer and desert was almost cancelled because of time and the glazing did not arrive with one of the deserts and getting a side cup never arrived. The waitress was new and very helpful and will get better with experience. The only disappointment was their Military Discount? They only allow 10% for "active" Military making one feel that veterans just don't qualify? And the 10% you receive is only on the members main meal. So for a $60.61 meal the discount was $1.49? I give the discount I receive back to the wait staff and left a $15.00 tip.“

“The food was awesome! Pork chop and Thai noodle steak salad and Colorado steak roll app. The drinks were ok. I ordered a strawberry mojito and received a strawberry martini. It wasn’t bad but not what i ordered.“

“Great place to go in downtown Frederick. The atmosphere was great. No wait to be seated. Our server Brandi’s was fantastic and very attentive. Her recommendations for our food and beverages were perfect. Loved the crab dip. I highly recommend this place.“

“I use to go to mays and then went to averys. But when I tried Liberty omgggggggoodnesss I am so hooked like there is no tomorrow. Granted I've only ate the AYCE hardshell crabs. And had a regular meal from them one time. Both are absolutely delicious. I can't remember what meal I got but I know ot was leftovers for two more ppl. If you haven't been your missing out on the spot. Those of you that have, you already know how good the food is!!

“Upon arrival we were greeted by what might be the BEST host we have ever encountered! Eric was quite polite and very friendly. The bartender Austin is also superb! He is very attentive, and makes a mean Bloody Mary! The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We shall return ☺️“

“The menu offers a broad array of authentic dishes, though some prices at the restaurant are considerably higher than on the caciquerestaurant dot com web site (example: $25.99 vs. $19.99 for Roasted Duck is 30%). The servers were prompt and efficient, though our order-taker and bill-collector seemed somewhat apathetic. The complimentary chips (thin and crispy) and salsa (pureed) were delicious, though too little salsa was provided relative to the number of chips and never was refilled. The Roasted Chicken with mixed vegetables was moist, tender, flavorful, and perhaps better with the white rice that was served than it would have been with the Spanish rice that was ordered. The Shrimp Tacos and accompaniments also were delicious, with HUGE shrimp prepared perfectly. It was a nice evening to eat outside before a show at the Weinberg's New Spire Arts, though Market Street is more disruptive (obnoxious vehicles) than Carroll Creek (strolling pedestrians). It was a decent experience overall.“

“This is a cozy, funky cafe with delicious food options for vegans and omnivores (perfect for my family, since I am a vegan and some of my family members prefer to eat at restaurants with meat options). I ordered the black bean wrap with a side salad (which was vegan without modifications). It was a colorful and creative combination of flavors and textures! It's refreshing to have a bean-based vegan option as opposed to tofu or meat alternatives. The waiter was also friendly and accommodating. After I complimented the artwork, he wrote down the names of the artists so I could check them out.
I highly recommend checking out Cafe Nola!“
