“I stop by at this location almost every morning before work and never have issues. Today was a small exception-my order wasn’t ready when I reached the window, and the croissant ended up being cold in the center. So, I got no breakfast going to work :( However, the staff was so sweet and professional about the mix-up that I’m happy to keep coming back!“

“I just wanted to get on here to share how pleased I am with the service of one individual employee. He was extremely kind and asked how my day was going and what I was getting into. I told him I was on my way to find some work boots. He told me about this place called the Boot Barn in delaware so I changed all plans I had and headed straight to his recommendation. Long story short I ended up purchasing the most comfortable boots I have ever owned lol. I was on my way to ace hardware to look for boots that I would have probably regretted but thanks to this employee my that wont be the case. I wish I had this gentleman's name because his service impacted more than just my drink that day. I hope whoever reads this knows the employee I am talking about. He was working the drive through window at about 5pm. Side note, I also drive the extra 5 minutes up the road to this dunkin past the one by the Walmart in northeast because of how poor the service and drinks are at that location.“
