“One of the places open during the offseason, nice bar inside with very warm and welcoming dining room. There is outside dining if the weather's nice. Great selection of cocktails and mocktails and beers. The east coast old fashioned was delicious. They had a soup special for St Patrick's Day which was lamb and corned beef and vegetables and potatoes etc which was very good. The Mediterranean scallops were tasty as well. The seafood bucatini was creamy and delicious and the seafood very fresh tasting. Cooked perfectly as well especially the scallops. All the other meals everyone said were good, the steak was cooked perfectly and everyone left full and happy. Service was wonderful, friendly, and enjoyable.“

“We have been going to OC every July for 7+ days for decades & happened upon The Lobster Shanty last year. We know most of the great dining spots in OC but we were so happy to have found this place!! Great food & the Quahog & Scallop Chowdah is absolutely delicious!! We came from the ferry straight to The Lobster Shanty! Our waiter Vinny was the best!! Such a nice young guy, very attentive, quick, & super helpful with our questions about crabbing! He is the best! “We were staying a few blocks away and found this place while walking the avenue. We went the night before leaving OC and were sorry we hadn't found it sooner or else we would have been back. The place was busy for a Saturday night, and we went about 5pm and were able to take advantage of the happy hour until 6pm. We were seated upstairs right away and had drinks and appetizers to start. the entrees came shortly after, and all was good! The server (Tenijah) was great! She had a great personality, a nice smile and checked on us the whole time we were there. She actually told us that she had only been there a couple of weeks, which we found hard to believe because she was excellent. She also told us that you are open all year .We will definitely be back.“

“Today was our first visit. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. My husband and his sister both got seafood and said it was fantastic!!!! My grilled chicken salad was very good! Our son loved his chicken tenders and applesauce. I would definitely recommend Waterman's. We will definitely be back next year when we come down for vacation. 👍“

“We heard our favorite bartender Jen Lowe was back on Wednesdays night so we booked and extra night to be able to stop by the Shark to say Hello. Happy hour at the Shark is our favorite place to go while visiting the Ocean. This was night number 3 for us this trip and as always the food was delicious maybe better than in years past. Always fresh served hot and always with a warn friendly smile. It’s always good to go the a place that’s has a feel like “Cheer’s “ atmosphere. Where they greet you like family and make sure you leave happy and looking forward to your next visit. So visit the Shark the best food in all of Ocean City.“

“Our third time there - always great! Our server Monica was terrific. Friendly and attentive staff. Food was a bit expensive but was great! I had two oyster shooters, my wife had a cherry lime aid crush - excellent. I had the scallops and my wife had braised short ribs. All cooked perfectly. We were given a nice choice of tables on the bay. Wife had the mud slide cake for dessert. Very yummy. Hard to find solid places to eat in OC. This one has held up quite well. Will be back again!“

“We dined at One Coastal over the weekend. We had four people in our party and everyone ordered a different item on the menu. Food was fantastic! I enjoyed a simple pasta dish that was the most delish meal I’ve had in years. I shared with everyone at the table and everyone loved it. My husband had the pork chop and reported that it was delicious. My daughter had the scallops and said they were perfect. Her boyfriend had the flank steak and it looked terrific. But my pasta was PERFECTION!“

“We stopped at Reel Inn on a whim because the weather was too beautiful not to sit outside, and it ended up being our favorite meal of the trip! Tucked bayside in the Harbour Island Association complex, the vibe was lowkey with a gorgeous view. Our server Natalie was super friendly, and everything we ordered was excellent, the mozzarella sticks were classic but perfectly cooked, the Assawoman combo (scallops, shrimp, and tuna bites) was outstanding, the chicken sandwich had amazing sauce, the fries were hot, the coleslaw was delicious, and the drinks were great. “Delicious Creamsicle Crush! Great server, meals came out quickly even though they were busy. I enjoyed my coconut shrimp especially because it wasn't greasy and the orange dipping sauce was enjoyable. My husband ordered the shrimp salad in a tomato. He did say it needed a little more seasoning so he asked for some Old Bay to add to it. We love coming here, but you need to arrive early or you will have a long wait!“

“We visited the Crab Bag Gift Shop while at the beach last month and the customer service was excellent! They did not have what we needed in our size so the manager,Julie, offered to order and ship it to us. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. The store has a large variety of anything Maryland and of course anything to do with crabs, if you haven't done so already you should definitely check it out! We also ate at the restaurant, and the crabs were some of the best we've ever had.“
