“My family has been coming here for years, and our children and their families enjoy this place too. But for me, what makes this restaurant especially meaningful is a simple tradition I share with my wife our Friday lunch.

Whenever we can, we come here on Friday, sit down, enjoy our favorite dishes, and let the busy week come to an end. It has become our little way of starting the weekend together.

Mookie and Blue are a big part of what makes this place so special. They always greet us with a smile, remember us and our usual order, and make us feel completely comfortable. We don’t have to think about much we just sit down, relax, enjoy our meal, and feel at home.

Over lunch, my wife and I usually start talking about our weekend maybe taking a drive, doing some sightseeing, finding a nice coffee shop, or simply enjoying some quiet time together.

Somehow, our weekend often begins right here.

Of course we love the food, but what keeps us coming back is the warmth, familiarity, and kindness. Sometimes a favorite restaurant becomes more than a place to eat it becomes part of your life and your memories.

“Our go to affordable Chinese takeout. They don’t skimp on the food and always fill it to the brim. We always order their pork fried rice, chefs delight, and fried dumplings.
This time we ordered their crispy beef and salt & pepper fish.
Crispy beef - It is thinly sliced and the beef is dry. However, we like to order it because of the crunchy texture and the sweet and spicy flavor.

Salt & pepper fish- Well fried and not oily. It has a very good mild jalapeño flavor.

“Every time we are in visiting family in Maryland, Ledo Pizza in Olney is our go to spot for take-out. They have the best tasting pizza sauce. We love the thin crust pizza.”

“We ordered for carry-out. The chicken was cooked very well. The flavors are amazing. I would like the skin a little more crispy. My son had the salmon and he enjoyed it. The greenbeens were cooked perfectly and the rice was a great mix of ingredients. Plaintains and yuca were good. We asked for only green sauce and instead got bbq. The potatoes taste box and I would suggest just not offering as it contrasts with all of the amazing fresh foods.”

“I’m visiting family here from Canada, and while searching for a local breakfast spot, this Dunkin’ in Olney, Maryland happened to pop up. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt compelled to share it.

The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Good food can be found almost anywhere, but genuine kindness and heartfelt hospitality are rare. That’s what made this experience unforgettable.

Waseem, the team leader, went above and beyond to make my family and me feel welcome. After learning that we were visiting from Canada, he treated us with such warmth, friendliness, and care that it genuinely touched us. We usually go to Tim Hortons back home, but I can honestly say I have never received this level of service anywhere before.

I’m now back in Canada, but if I ever return to Maryland, I will absolutely visit this Dunkin’ in Olney again and hopefully have the chance to see Mr. Waseem once more.

“I had given this restaurant a 5 star re after returning a few years ago. Sadly the food has been on the decline ever since. The quality has substantially declined. It seems like they simply no longer care. On top of that the atmosphere also cont to decline. The handle for the main entrance is held together with duct tape! The last couple of times we went there, we were wondering how much longer until they go out of business. Needless to say we no longer go there. Hoping a new restaurant takes its place with a fresh interior and people who actually care about serving quality food!”
