“I am not sure why there are so many low ratings. I have been to this IHOP location many many times and have always found the service to be wonderful. We have only been for breakfast but we're thinking about maybe stopping by to see how their dinner is. Their breakfasts are very good and I have never found anything to quibble with. This is basically a good diner for breakfast. Ignore all those negative reviews and try it for breakfast!“
“The food, cleanliness, and customer service have all been top-notch during every visit thus far especially compared to the Gaithersburg location, which is much closer to my house, however I'm willing to drive the extra distance because I know that I'll have a better overall experience. Clearly, the manager @ the Rockville location runs a " tight" ( professional) ship & has taken the necessary steps to ensure their staff are properly trained. I even took a friend who normally goes to the Gaithersburg location, and she even commented on how much better this location is in comparison. Keep up the great work!“
“Take my reviews with the knowledge that to get a five star it has to be perfect. We visited on a Sunday morning around 10am and there was no line and about 3 tables taken. Nearly all the bagel options were all gone. Most of the tables were available, but we could only find about 3 that weren't dirty. Service at the counter was polite and efficient.Food was as anticipated, good enough bagels, not the kind that you have to chew into and pull hard to snap off a bite. Bagels are easy to bite into. I was pleased that I was given more than enough cream cheese, possibly too much! The cappuccino was also as expected. $9.05 for large cappuccino and a plain bagel with cream cheese (March 2024).“

“This place is fast most times. The ambience could definitely take some update and they could also increase the staff here to speed things up a little. Otherwise, the food is good. It’s always packed each time I go there. I am not sure if it’s the hours I am going, usually early morning weekends..or it’s just always packed in there. Though things are slow and it’s always packed, the always seems to be well prepared. Which is good..not getting half cooked meal during the rush. I have done dine in and take out. Same experience for both.Parking: Very limited disabled parking. Parking spaces are close. It’s always full here.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are not automatic. If you have a wheel chair, will need someone to hold the doors for you“
“I googled breakfast near me and scratch kitchen showed up. Yes I have seen it a few times in the breakfast list but never chose it. Not sure why. I was indeed missing out.Small family place. Best atmosphere. Real eggs folks. Yes, real eggs as opposed to the other stuff at a few places. I needed this as I have been everywhere else in the area because of my work from home schedule.I had pancakes, nice and fluffy. turkey sausage and eggs medium up. Perfect.My new spot guys. I assume they serve lunch and dinner. Will check the menu and visit again.Worth a visit folks.“
