“Employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ordered 8 travelers of coffee for my staff, and it was ready on time, clearly labeled, and they (Starbucks employee) helped carry it to my car. Whenever I order ahead, it is ready and waiting. I watched them verify the spelling of the name of the customer in front of me, showing another (small but important) layer of care for their customers. I'm glad this is my neighborhood Starbucks!“
