“The best part about my stop here was not only was my sandwhich great but the customer service was exceptional. I ran in about 10 min before they were closing (they had already started wrapping & putting things away) which I totally get, it’s a slow area around this time. But they didn’t even blink an eye to take my order, unwrap things & we’re so nice about it. They truly went above & beyond & I was so greatful because I was starving & not much was open in the area. Luv awesome customer service, will definitely be back!”

“On a slighty busy Wednesday morning/ afternoon. My server was Kishiya. She was busy but consistently moving and helping everyone out. it was my kids birthday and she made it super special giving him a sundae with his name on it and sung him happy birthday. we had a rough start but once entering fridays kishiya was there at the host stand and greeted us with open arms! even got him an extra scoop of icecream once she heard he got all A’s on his report card slip. the food was a 4/5 my fries were cold but our server got us more! thanks again to the staff but more importantly kishiya for making our experience nothing short but amazing! see you soon!”

“Despite the wait for our drinks the service was excellent. Kameya was our server and she was outstanding. We told her it was our first time there and she was quick to answer all our questions about the menu. We both order the rotisserie fire chicken was out standing. We started with a cesar salad and calamari both were delicious. For dessert we shared the bread pudding the portion was huge enough for 3 people. If you haven't been to the Glenwood I recommend you go I'm sure you will enjoy yourself.”

“Last night was our first time trying Aji Sushi and I’ll definitely be back. First, with it being NYE, they surprised us by putting our order of random sushi rolls into a party tray which was really pretty. They also added on a house roll free of charge. Second, the sushi was really good! So many different flavors and sauces that matched different rolls. Nice work Aji and Happy New Year.”

“I have stopped in this restaurant many times and never stayed because of the lack lustered warmth of the waitress. Her engagement with patrons leaves a lot to be desired, and is tinkering closely to being rude. My lunch companion wanted to eat here, so I stayed and the food was great. When its your first time communication about the menu and food items is extremely difficult and short. Language barrier plays a small part but body language is on spot for "poor service". Anyhoo, I got the lunch special as shown, and I was delicious. Beverages leave a lot to be desired. I opted for water with lemon, and it was served in a 8 oz plastic Dixie cup (like at the dentist). The seating in the dining area is CLOSE, so don't dine in if your planning for steamy conversation professional or not. Whispering is still loud. We even bumped into a local celebrity.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not in my opinion.”

“We stayed for one night at the Marriott Owings Mill and decided to try The Tillery which is located in the hotel. The hotel was wonderful and we had a great meal at the Tillery. We had the putine for an appetizer and the branzino for our entree. It was exceptional. Our daughter had crab cakes which she throughly enjoyed. We ended with chocolate lava cake which was delicious! Shawanna provided outstanding service and all of her recommendations were spot on. The restaurant is lucky to have her. Would definitely recommend this establishment to others.”

“The staff always treat me and my family well! Service is quick and they often provide us with yummy appetizers on the house while we wait for our entrees. They even offer to take family pictures of us. We have had an array of foods on the menu from rice options, to noodles, to sushi, etc. and they all are amazing!

They aren’t always super busy (at least for dine-in) which makes a peaceful atmosphere.

While most places are raising their prices and lowering the amount of food you get, we noticed a slight increase in prices ($1 for my eggplant parm, and a few dollars for crab cakes), we unquestionably actually got MORE food. My eggplant parm was 3 large meals, and the crab cakes were huge, and full of big pieces of crab meat. Definitely the best deal in town.”

“My wife and I love pizza, especially the classic, true/blue NY style and Brookside NAILS IT! Best pizza we’ve had in the state of Maryland hands down, besting even the great Eataliano’s In Columbia. If you want the classic NY style pizza, they have mastered it. I would be surprised if they are relocated from NY. Also we have their steak and cheese sub, onion rings, wings, and garlic knots. Those were all great as well. Staff is very friendly.”

Her Customer Service was excellent and she was very knowledgeable. She informed me of the most popular juices & smoothies and even let me taste a few. The juice was very delicious, you couldn't tell that it's supposed to be healthy. I ended up getting the Get Money Smoothie which was very good also. I only came in for a smoothie but ended up purchasing some juices also. I definitely will be back.”

This is also almost the only place in the county open on Sundays for the reasonably priced mom-pop style breakfast platters/sandwiches (vs commercial spots like Ihop and Eggspectations or something). I most appreciate how consistently fresh the bagels are for sandwiches (Compared to THB which will pull a tooth 😆) and how well seasoned the home fries are with fresh/tender )/edible onions. A GEM indeed. I place this in the $1-$10 pp category because really...a sandwich and home fries will only run you about $10.”
