“This is by far one of the best bakeries I've been too everything was fresh and very tasty.I Drove all from Hagerstown in the rain to try this place and it was well worth it..You do have to get there early before they sell out..The customer service was the best I have seen for a small business I highly recommend going here and check out their rotating menu because they have monthly specials and seasonal treats..This is a Must Try!!!“
“My husband and I booked Twin Bears to cater the sunday breakfast for our wedding weekend and we were so happy with how it turned out. The bagels are delicious (all sourdough, so make sure you like that style of bagel), the spreads are unique and tasty, and communicating with the staff was very easy. The owner was so friendly and kind. From booking to delivery to eating, the entire process was fantastic. Thank you!“

“The people were lovely all the workers and it's very calm and the air conditioning is nice. And they have good deserts from breads to sweety treats. It's more like a cafe rather fast food restaurant. But regardless it's a pastry place with a good blend of French and East Asian influence.“

“We’re so glad we found Dunn From Scratch to make our wedding pumpkin pie! The pie was both beautiful and delicious, with a stunning lattice design that’s no easy feat with a pumpkin custard filling, but she pulled it off flawlessly. “Stopped in 15 minutes before closing on my husband’s birthday so I could get him something delicious. They never made me feel rushed and were absolutely lovely. I picked a key lime cheesecake slice, a berry tart, and a chocolate crème brûlée. My husband loved them all. Our favorite, though, was the cheesecake. SO delicious. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I want to offer a thank you and major hats off to the fine people working at Local’s! I went there for lunch after church and during the power outage today, the staff remained calm and professional and even kept the coffee and pastries flowing! They know what outstanding customer service is and are an asset to the Poolesville community!“
“We have been coming to Loudoun county for softball tournaments a few times the last month, every time we come by it was just the wrong time, well we got off early today and got to stop in! Cute little shop! Friendly staff!! And the apple crisp is wonderful!!! We stopped at another stand before here and stocked up on produce but their produce looked absolutely wonderful and clean! Highly recommend and we will be sure to stop in every time we’re up that way!“

“This was our first experience at Daisy Cakes. My first impression was it was extremely cute! We were instantly greated as soon as we walked in. The 'dad' explained all the flavors to us. We of course got a dozen of all different flavors. My go-to flavor is always a custard filled and it did not disappoint.
We definitely want to try out the cakes they make.“
