“My company has utilized Saint Germain Catering in the past (with great success) and they recently helped us execute another large client event. We were very pleased with all the pre-event planning and coordination (thank you Sabrina!), as well as the food, rentals, and service that Saint Germain and the rental company provided the day of our event. We were especially grateful for the flexibility and expertise of the onsite team assigned to our event (lead by Rafael).

Everyone arrived on time and were incredibly understanding about the unforeseen circumstances we encountered with our building that day (there was construction taking place on the floors above us, and the construction crew shut down the freight elevator that morning and we didn’t realize it until the rental company arrived. Doors were also locked that were supposed to be unlocked so we could move freely through this space). We were able to get the building managers to figure these issues out, and the rental drop-off crew and Rafael and his team were very patient and understanding – and made everything happen on time (despite the high heat and humidity the day of the event, and the delays caused by waiting for the elevators). They adapted to every situation that we encountered with the building (which we are new tenants of and still learning about), and when all the rentals and food were set up, Rafael and his team made sure all our clients were comfortable and well fed (they even took the initiative to move a fully set up table to a shadier spot on our pavilion once they realized it was going to sit directly in the intense sunlight). After the event luncheon, everything was cleaned up and stored away quickly, and the rental pick-up crew was also on time and picked up their items very quickly.

I want to stress that this was our first major client event in our new office space, and we were looking to impress. Saint Germain Catering delivered that and made it look easy (and with a smile). We look forward to working with this excellent team in the future!“

“Let me start out by saying that outside of picking food, my husband and I really wanted no part in wedding planning after we got engaged. The whole process seemed overwhelming at best, and we had no idea where to start. At the same time, we wanted our wedding reception to reflect us as a couple, and for all of our friends and family to have a great time. I had known Vicky since middle school and was a frequent at her family's restaurant in Springfield, so I was thrilled to find out that she has started her own catering and event styling company. From the moment we hired Vicky and her team, they just got it. We sent a few Pinterest pictures and discussed our love for Southern food, and Vicky really took it from there. She knew exactly what we were envisioning with little to no direction. Literally everything that the Heirloom team put together, starting with the personal tasting for my husband and parents, to the flower arrangements, tablescapes and small details was nothing short of amazing. The entire staff was completely professional and never missed a beat. I should also mention that there was a pretty bad ice storm the morning of our wedding, which apparently flipped one of the rental trucks and left other vendors stranded, only hours before our event. Vicky sprung into action and not only made sure that everything was on time and in perfect condition, I didn't even HEAR about the whole ordeal until after the night was over. I truly don't think we would have even had a wedding had we hired any other company. Seriously, if you want the BEST FOOD (we STILL have people raving about it to us) and the most beautiful event you've ever hosted-look no further!! Heirloom DC is worth their weight in gold!!“

My sister said Bruce was very easy to work with and his team crafted this beautiful charcuterie board. It was beautiful and delicious! We highly recommend them for any of your needs, big or small! Ours contained nuts, olives, dried figs, dried apricots, fresh pears, fresh berries and grapes, tons of crackers and crisps, huge portions of a variety of gourmet cheese and meats, and a massive amt of tortellini.“

Helena was tremendously helpful through the process. She provided advice on the room setup, quickly made adjustments to meet my needs, and made me confident that I would not have to worry about the venue. My experience with Ridgewells Catering was absolutely splendid. The food was all great and the salad I had was maybe of of the best I've every eaten. Even some foods i normally don't like that were on the menu were very enjoyable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful too. I am disabled and use a cane, without needed to ask one of the staff asked to help me and other guests. Their service really is top quality from what I observed and worth looking into for one's social event.“

I have very high standards (I’m definitely a perfectionist), and they somehow managed to exceed every single one. The team handled every detail effortlessly, and they even thought of things I hadn’t considered—little personal touches that made the night feel extra special. We had around 90 guests, and I’ve been hearing nonstop compliments about the party ever since. From the music to the food to the overall atmosphere, everything was flawless. And a special shout out to the bartender Israel who had the most wonderful attitude and never let the volume of requests get to him. Not to mention his cocktails were *chef’s kiss* On a more personal level, Shamim personally made me feel so at ease the whole night. I could feel the genuine care he had about me and my party. It’s a rare feeling because I don’t know many people who can say they feel totally ease despite so much going on all in their name And it was all at an incredibly reasonable price for what you got. I did a ton of research before choosing Lotus, and honestly, the value they offer for the level of service they provide is unmatched. I can’t recommend Shamim and his team enough.
