“Have been shopping at this Dunkin’ Donuts many times. Always pre-ordered on mobile app, and the orders had been placed on the Mobile Orders pickup table waiting without any problems nor issues. The staff were all friendly. The coffee was warm as usual. The Boston Cream was great to pair with coffee as always.“

“My Mom and I came here two mornings in a row. The food is delicious whether you’re eating in or on the go. We had an unfortunate situation with another customer who was rather rude and made everyone uncomfortable. Another customer stepped in as did some staff and luckily the situation resolved itself rather quickly. A staff member treated my Mom and I to a donut for each of us and was super apologetic for the unwanted excitement. Besides having good choices for breakfast, they have a nice staff and show that there’s still kindness in the world.“

“Its Duck Donuts, what's not to like? From sweet to savory, and everything in between, they have you covered. This location is right off N Harrison St in Arlington. Easy to get to. Nice clean store. Friendly staff. Prices are similar to other Duck Donut locations. They are quick with their service and the donuts are always delicious. Be willing to try something new each time you go in!“

“These biscuits are so freaking good!!! I had to also try the beignets and I’m so glad I did cuz they were so delicious! I recommend trying the blueberry biscuit so moist and big portion. You have to stop by and try for yourself a breakfast sandwich. The best part is that there is a lot of vegetarian options if you don’t want any chicken or pork which is so good for those who need alternatives and still wanna enjoy a good biscuit sandwich 😋“

“Nicest Dunkin’ I have ever been to. They don’t make em like this in New York. Large store on the corner with comfortable seating inside and on the patio, in the morning shade. Very busy, very clean location. Would have been quicker if I hadn’t ordered ahead, but the wait was not too bad. App orders are placed on shelves in front of the counter for pick up, which is something that wouldn’t make it New York, either. Coffee hot and fresh, doughnuts delicious. Bathrooms available. “i was in a rush to work this morning, and I stilll had enough time to drop by here for a couple of donuts and a coffee. my favorite donuts are the Do Nats donuts, the Bakers Choice, and the Vanilla Frosted with sprinkles tyoe donuts. I've tried the Do Nats the last time that I was here, but I decided to go for two Vanilla Frosted donits instead, because they're a little more sweeter. sugwr is what I needed this morning. They had a good team working here, and it took literally less than 30 seconds to receive the donuts and coffee. The musoc was literally blaring as loud as it could be, and thankfully I got back back to my car quickly to continie on to my job.“

“Considering it is located in a gas station convenience store, the place is not bad. Very clean, with seating and bathrooms. Fully stocked. Coffee and doughnuts weee very fresh. And the employees are very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. You have no choice but to leave feeling good. Accessible ♿️.

“Nimmi is the absolute best!!! She is always very personable and friendly. She's the reason that I keep coming back time and time again. I drive with my dog and she says hi to him, just so sweet. :)I go here weekly and it is the best location! The staff are fantastic and friendly. I LOVE that they are fast and efficient! If I am short on time before work, I never worry the line will take too long. The line could be 6+ cars and I still don't worry - where most places I wouldn't even wait. They get my coffee right every single time. I stopped going to Starbucks because this location is a better experience.“

“Honestly I just happened to stop here one morning mostly for convenience store items after routinely driving by for the last year assuming it was one of the Self Serve Quick Stop Dunkin set ups. I must say that I was impressed. The employees aren’t super chatty (AND THANK GOD FOR THAT!) because they’re getting your order right the first time and getting you back out into rush hour traffic as quickly as possible. I also noticed that they absolutely know their regular customers and in a very short time stopped asking me if I’d like sugar in my iced coffee since the answer is always no. “With cream and whip cream on top, right?” Only daily coffee drinkers will understand how this warms your heart. I have to say the only thing that makes me sad is this location doesn’t have a drive thru. This is the reason they don’t see me often but there are a total of 3 in a 2 mile radius and this is the only one I go to within that distance.“

“I needed to order a cake for a birthday and ordered less than 24 hours before I needed to pick up the cake. I called and spoke to Mohammad. He was super helpful and told me he could have the cake ready when needed. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to order the cake online and still have it ready when I needed it. I ordered the pink floral stripe cake and it was perfect; pretty and delicious! Mohammad even texted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied! Customer service was top notch!“
