Just because you have a not so perfect interaction with one employee the establishment does NOT deserve a 1 start review. That’s not how reviews work. Especially when you too are a small business owner. I’ll head over to review that business owners location next and maybe use the same 1 or 5 stars only philosophy. “I got an espresso machine for christmas and it takes very specific beans. I was asking Kira about which bean would be best, and they were so helpful. They called the boss and got all the info I needed. I told them I didn’t want to be any trouble, but they insisted and were so accommodating.
The coffee was also bomb, and came out quickly. I got the salted caramel cold brew which I highly recommend“

“I hadn't been in the store before. And now I regret that I haven't! The smoothie and the employees were great.I had a dentist appointment today and could not eat solid foods, So I stopped in for a smoothie. The young lady at the counter was extremely kind and helpful and patient with me, because I had no idea what I wanted. She was very helpful and very explanatory.There's a wide variety of different smoothies, fruit and non fruit, but they also serve food. They offer added supplements to their smoothies, such as energy boost, B12, probiotics, multivitamin, vital proteins collagen and the list goes on...I went in thinking I was going to get a fruit smoothie because I didn't think I would like something with peanut butter or oats or chia seed, but I left with the,Chia Banana Boost-banana, chia seeds, almonds, whole-grain oats, cinnamon, dates & coconut with choice of peanut butter or strawberries.And it was effing delicious! It was honestly one of the best smoothies I've ever had.I am recommending this place to you...

“This place is located in an office building lower level I ordered a turkey club with avocado. It came with a delicious pickle and small chips. There is no seating only carry out or delivery. The sandwich was delicious everything was fresh. The atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. It is a very busy place. A young lady told me she's been getting the cheese steak for the last 4 days it's that good.. For breakfast or lunch don't miss out. Very neat clean and simple lots of drinks and snacks. “This is my new favorite place to eat in Ellicott City! First of all the food is incredible. The garlic sauce we ordered as an appetizer alone would have satisfied me but the food just keep getting better. So fresh and so flavorful!! The owner introduced himself and made us feel so welcome. Their story is incredible! The ambiance was absolutely lovely. They had live musicians who were extremely talented and added a tone that was fun and enjoyable but not at all overwhelming or too loud. The service was impeccable. I cannot recommend enough! We will definitely be going back very soon!“

“I work upstairs so I frequent often. Breakfast and lunch, either or daily because the servings our generous enough for both. I have had it all, cold sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches and sandwiches off the grill. Regardless of what I order, it never disappoints. The Reuben is a favorite, lean Corned beef and cooked perfect on the flat top. I try to eat lite at work but felt like a burger today. I am tough when I am judging a burger, cause I’ve had more than any cardiologist would recommend in a lifetime, the mushroom burger was a 8.3/10. I can only remember one or two getting near the 9 score in my life so 8.3 is definitely something to be proud about. Only suggestion is put it in the small carryout box because wrapping it in paper with all the fried onions and mushrooms got the top bun covered in grease, but the burger was so good I quickly got beyond a greasy bun.
The open line only works when you have line-cooks as friendly, polite, and cool as your staff. Keep up the good work!“

“Best food on campus, breakfast and lunch. Pre-made breakfast burritos are toasty, warm, and ENORMOUS. Not for the faint of heart (me) unless you want to be sent into a food coma (which I was) and sleep through your afternoon class (worth it). Don't even get me started on the sandwiches at lunch. I get an egg salad sandwich (hummus if they're out of egg salad) on toasted rye with all the fixings -- and I mean ALL of them. You can get a mile-high stacker that's caving in on itself for a single meal swipe here. What do you get at Chick-fil-a? A single piece of chicken on soggy bread. The service here at the Coffee Shop is amazing, too. Workers are super nice and fun to chat with. If you've just finished working out at the RAC, swing in here to cancel out all those calories you burned because you earned it, champ.

“My favorite Italian restaurant in the area. As you walk in you can smell the fresh bread and the Italian spices. We love to start with their salad. They are all great. My husband loves the veal picatta. The lobster and crab ravioli are scrumptious. The lasagna is a must. We also love the mussels and love to dip their amazing bread in the broth. They make this unbelievable dipping sauce for the bread that the should bottle and sell. I can make a meal out of it. Desserts are to die for. The service is always great. Waiters are friendly and very helpful. Will be back soon!“

Server at subs was great, excellent customer service. Plenty of tables and chairs for dine in, clean well maintained bathrooms. Helpful staff at checkout counter.

“Actually it was the gentile half of the hospital cafe. I was impressed with the selection and quality. Hot, tasty food done pretty quick. And the price was right. I had a Cuban sandwich and my wife had a delicious looking salad she made herself. The dining area was roomy and filled with natural light.“

“my husband and I went there on May 24th and you had to go to the register and place your own order and pay prior to receiving your food. needless to say we did not leave a tip at that point. we both ordered the cream chipped beef with toast and my husband also ordered the sausage gravy with biscuits. not sure what kind of herbs they put in the cream chip beef but it was not very good at all plus they also added so much pepper it was almost inedible we ate what we could and left promptly afterwards needless to say we will probably not be going back for a while maybe they can get things right but that was the worst breakfast I have had in such a long time and I was very disappointed I almost think that they did it that way because we did not leave a tip.“
