There was this one lady who was very rude to the employees there. She was making guy angry, so the guy had to ask her to leave. That was great of him. “Ali is an absolute ray of sunshine. I walked into subway after one of the hardest days of the school year, and all i really wanted was a nice turkey and cheese. He proceeded to take my order, asking me how my day was, and cracking light hearted jokes. By the time i got to the register, my day had gotten so much better. I even offered to pick up my baby daddys kids, and pick up a 7am-11 shift at work (thats how good it got). The bread was nice and fresh, lettuce crunchy, and turkey AMAZING (He even put the right amount of mayo). Usually when i see the money drain from my account, i feel sorrow and loss. But this time, seeing -7.99 from subway in owings mills get taken from my account, made me smile.“

“We pulled up 3 minutes after the establishment closed, but we saw the open light on from the road. The gentleman who opened the door to tell us kindly they were closed. As we walked away he opened the door and said to us come in and we will take care of you. We were returning off of a long commute from VA and everything was pretty much closed to grab a bite to eat. Our first time ever at a Firehouse establishment and the customer service was excellent. Thank you 💗“

“I give 5 stars, only because the guy Samuel prepares the Subways very good, professionally, and fast. What you ask he does greatly.Unfortunately the older small guy in that location is not good and rude. Once he didn’t want to get Italian bread with herbs, he said they didn’t have it but when I decided to leave he found one and he always puts just few vegetables if you ask to put more onions he refuses and tells you that they only have those not more. This location is very close to me when I come and see that guy is working I usually don’t order and go to another location located 3 miles from there.“

“Tony & the staff at this Subway are Exceptional!! I pre order my food & it is always correct & delicious. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms. They are very attentive to their customers & keep it clean & neat. It’s next to Stevenson University. It’s in walking distance. Keep in mind for gift cards to send to students in care packages & for the holidays. I have also seen Ravens players & Coaches frequent this location. This Subway is known for great service, friendly staff, cleanliness & really good food. Keep up the hard work. It’s being recognized.“

“An amazing experience every time no matter who is present in the store. :) I am always greeted, the portion sizes are a great value and every time I see any employee, they are always smiling and it truly seems like they enjoy their jobs—which can be rare to find now-a-days in customer service. For today’s visit, Chase made my subs and he made them with care and generous toppings! They were delicious and I can’t wait to go back :)“

“I have loved Subway since I was a kid, it's been around a while, I like Subway because it is healthier than fast food places ( no offense) . I have always loved the veggie sub, but I have to admit that the new series is outstanding. I haven't tried all of them, but I am in love ? with the Outlaw. So tasty and delicious. Treat yourself to lunch today and try the Outlaw, or The Boss, or The Monster. These are just a few in the New series that I have tried, there are others. “I went to take advantage of the "New Sweet Onion Steak Sub". Let me just say that it's just a steak sub with the sweet onion sauce on it which I thoroughly enjoy anyway. I mean, I used to put that on my seafood sub all the time-Aaahh sweet memories! The store was clean, the gentleman that made my sub washed his hands before he started and put gloves on. And this is one of the few locations that take coupons soooooo this my new spot!!!!“

“Stopped in and wow! Love this place. I got the cutlet sandwich with mozzarella, broccoli rabe, and pesto (#3 I believe). It was wonderfully tasty and nicely balanced! I find that sandwiches often have too much bread and not enough filling but the ratio was perfect! As a lover of broccoli rabe, I was happy with how well it had been prepared. I'll be back again soon to have more- definitely want to taste their other options!“

“Had lunch, ate one of their subs from their new menu series. It was very good.

Kid-friendliness: They have a bathroom. As for the food you can order to suit a child.

Parking: It's a small parking lot, with 2 spots in front of the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair assessable as there is no ramp but if you know how to get the wheelchair on the sidewalk, you can enter into the building & dine in.“

“You know you're doing pretty good when you've got a 1-1 ratio on calories to cents.

I went in and got the footlong Doritos and the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap for about $13. I was able to use the food for two meals.

More importantly, though, it was delicious, novel, and fairly healthy - or at least I knew what I was getting - can't say Doritos are all that recommendable in terms of health. But their use of cheese and the vegetables they already have there for subs was much appreciated in its cleverness and nutritious simplicity.

Subway's got a lot of new menu items lightly, but their old lineup is still strong.

This is more of a review for Subway as a restaurant as a whole. As for the particular location, it had nice air conditioning (important on a muggy late spring day), the employee was polite and efficient, and the place was clean and tastefully designed.“
