Starbucks in Rockville

“I’ve lived here over 5 years and this is just the best Starbucks in the area. They make mostly to/go orders so you may want to do the same. It’s pretty dimly lit and not the largest space but they do have some decent seating.

They always make the drinks perfect, and if you have adjustments they also factor those in exactly as you imagined in. My wife and I have gotten hundreds of coffees here. Only once or twice have we not been content with what we received and both times these were cold foam drinks. Weird.

“Love this store. Always friendly atmosphere. The barista, Elisabeth I believe, kept a conversation with me while making my drink, asking for my foam preferences and temperature, because I told her I had a long day ahead of me. She wanted to ensure my drink stayed warm throughout my day. She smiled and wished me a wonderful day. I hope her manager thanks her on my behalf. She is one of the few baristas that keep up the customer care aspect of Starbucks that has been unfortunately dwindling.“

“This is a nice Starbucks to visit - easy to get to with plenty of parking and a nice big space to enjoy your drink or get some work done.
The service was good and our drinks were ready in a reasonable time. The drinks tasted good as well.

“Every time walking in store, staff always call my name. Ordered a cup of Coffee to collect stars to account. Bringing in own cup also get 10 cents off with additional 25 stars. While consumed coffee in the store, you will get a free refill. While accumulating 200 stars to buy a sausage sandwich. Enjoying drinking coffee and happily collecting stars.“

“This is a nice little Starbucks inside a Safeway store. Getting to the store is easy - right next to the entrance of Safeway. We stop by this store when my son has a sporting event in the area. Placing an order is easy but the drinks may take a few minutes to arrive since (generally) the person taking the order is the same person making the drink.Drinks are made well though and the food is also warmed up perfectly.There is plenty of parking outside.“

“Yes, there are times when one has to wait to see who exactly has been assigned to work the kiosk....but I've otherwise enjoyed every beverage they've made for me. I live in the area, so often when I stop in to get groceries, I'll stop to get a beverage as well.“
